+ -1 moreWe had a wonderful experience working with Kauffman's marketplace! We wanted a swing set that would fit into our small, unlevel backyard and they were quick to offer many ideas and modifications to make things work. Everyone we spoke with was very professional, helpful and extremely knowledgable. We had some backyard demolition to do, to make space, and they held our swing set for us and checked in with us often while waiting. We were questioning if it would fit and if the ground was level enough and they drove out to our house to take a look and talk it through with us! They installed it quickly and it looks wonderful. The modifications were perfect and my children are ecstatic. The process was extremely smooth and I couldn't be happier with our overall experience.
Description of Work: We purchased a swing set after searching all over Pittsburgh for the right company. We went to the homeshow to look at the samples and ask questions since we live far from the marketplace. We were very impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable people we worked with and they helped us design a swing set that would fit our needs. The swing set was ordered and installed quickly.

+ -1 moreWe were looking for a playset for our children so I called and talked to them. They explained their product and how it was made and put together. They explained our options. They sent a catalog and I looked online and picked out what I wanted. They had someone come out to our house to measure and they were very specific about where it would go and how much room we needed to have around it. We had to have the ground leveled out and they checked in with us from time to time to see if we had the landscaping done. They came just a few days after it was ready for them to install. It is probably 20 feet long and it has a playhouse, deck and two slides and swings. They had 3 people come out to put it up and it took about 2 hours. It looks really nice and we received a follow-up call from the people at the store. They did a great job and we love it.
