Angela from Ruff yards is amazing! She came out to give me an estimate to clean and deodorize my yard which I desperately needed to have done right away due to having a family event coming up. We have a large deck and patio with a beautiful fire pit and wanted to use the space for entertaining but did not want any of the adults or children stepping in poo accidentally or smelling any bad odors. Angela made me feel comfortable right away. She smiled the entire time she was here and has such a beautiful personality. I was nervous for anyone to even see the mess from me letting out my dog in the back yard to do his business. She never judged me or made any negative remarks. We ended up hiring her to clean and deodorize our entire back yard (we have a very large yard nearly 1 acre). I came home from work today and all I can say is WOW!!! My yard is so clean and smells soooo amazing I can’t even believe it. All I can say is thank you thank you thank you to Angela and her team. You all are just phenomenal and took what I felt was a big concern and immediately just eased my anxiety about it. I thought it would take days to clean and you had it completed in less than a work day. I am stunned!!!! Now we can have our event and enjoy our yard in ways we couldn’t in a long time. My children ran around tonight in the yard and it felt so amazing to let them do this as they couldn’t for so long. I am thank for your service and will recommend you to all my family and friends. I ended up signing up for monthly maintenance as I am a doctor and my schedule is too hectic to maintain this on my own. I am so grateful I found your company.
