Earl was quick to respond. Repair was made the same day. Great at trouble shooting our problem. Honest, trustworthy (we were not home at the time), and reasonable.

We have used the Guertlers for about 20 years. They have always been very informative and professional. Excellent work habits: prompt and neat!

A while back, I noticed my neighbors were getting a new HVAC system installed in their townhome. I asked them who was doing the work. They said it was a and quot;father/sonand quot; company from Bucks County, PA. I told my neighbors that when the time came I'd be asking them for the phone number, as my townhome's original system was on and quot;borrowed timeand quot;. My neighbors told me that they had gotten several quotes from other HVAC contractors and not only was Guertler's priced the best, they felt very good about their overall demeanor and professional attitude. Sure enough, in early July of 2014, our HVAC system quit for good. I called several local contractors, including Guertler's. Before the other contractors even showed up to give me a quote, Guertler's showed up, gave me a quote very consistent with my neighbor's system, and the deal was done. Within a week, I had a new HVAC system, professionally and neatly installed. Along the way I received, at and quot;no chargeand quot;, some advice from both Earl Sr. and Earl Jr. regarding some things to do to keep the system operating efficiently. They didn't have to take the time to take those extra steps, but they did, and it is appreciated. My hope is that the new HVAC system proves to be as good and dependable a product as the gentlemen who installed it.

From the estimate to the completion of the job, we were impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of the Guertler's work. We requested proposals from 4 local HVAC contractors, and Guertler's offered among the best prices for the units we considered. Their proposal was the best thought out and presented. We were confident with our final choice and that we wouldn't be surprised with additional charges -- and we weren't. They readily modified some indoor piping that presented a problem with closing a sliding louver door (at no additional charge) and offered helpful suggestions for fencing around the heat pump with appropriate ventilation. The installation took 2 days, but they left no mess between days. They were friendly, considerate -- great to work with.

I really like Earl's work. He is a very nice guy. I don't ever feel like he is charging me too much. He doesn't ever send anyone else out to do the work, he does it himself.

THESE GUYS KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND WERE QUICK IN COMPLETING THE VARIOUS STAGES OF THE JOB. OVERALL WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS AND MANNER IN WHICH THEY DID THE JOB.
