+ -1 moreThe owner is Tobey Stein. He has done some work for us, and he had estimated for few other jobs. The first experience we had with him was plumbing. We had a problem with leaking toilet, and he diagnosed the problem. He fixed the toilet, and replaced on my request. He was thorough, honest, and honorable. Their charges are great. He talked to us about several other jobs that need to be done in our house. He is very helpful. We haven't made any decision yet. Sometimes his estimates are little higher, just because he is one-person shop rather than a big company. There is one area that we are probably going to use him based on price and we like him. I really like him and trust him.
Description of Work: TS Technical Inc gave me an estimate for a pressure window a couple of weeks ago.

+ 3 moreThe company is run by Tobey Stein. He is wonderful. He is a general contractor. He is also a licensed plumber and electrician. When I fired the previous contractor, I hired Tobey and he did a wonderful job. He has done work for me before. He is competent. He is not cheap but he is worth it. It's fair-priced. I am very happy with him.
Description of Work: TS Technical did the front siding on my house and put in new doors. He is doing repairs on the house right now. He also did a whole addition on our house in the past.

We have no large trucks or excavating equipment but can hire them as needed, as well as extra labor.
