Basic revitalization of grout was amazing. Some grout was left on tiles. I'm still waiting on a response to address that

Excellent service prior to the service and after the work was completed. We had Groutsmith clean our tiles, remove and repair grout, seal and change the color. of the grout. Very happy with the work. We had a minor follow-jp appointment where we had a small section of the grout that was coming loose. They came out promptly and did the repair. We are 90 days post the work, and everything looks beautiful they offer a 1 year warranty. Happy and highly recommend!

Great company, fast estimate, good job repairing the mess someone else made with my tiles. Will hire again when I am able to afford fixing the other tile jobs that were screwed up.

I was very pleased with the original work on my master shower. However, I needed them to come back to regrout other areas in the master shower. Ben come out pretty quickly (July 5th, 2022) to assess the job. He was honest and said they were very busy but would get back to me. I called them every 2 weeks over the next 6 weeks and left messages and they completely ignored me. To date, I have not received a call. I even offered to pay them for the work (even though it was part of the original job). I strongly recommend you not to use this company. Their customer service and follow-up are abysmal. If I could give them a negative rating I would.

Great experience with John and Khalil! Khalil was very conciencious and even came back to make sure the leak was fully dried before grouting.

I was very satisfied with the owner and grout expert and followed the care necessary (drying time) for double the recommendation. It is now several weeks later snd the original problem returned. I have texted the owner three times for help and ny text request was ignored. I am very disappointed with the follow up service.

This review is of our contractor, The Groutsmith PA-NJ. The job involved removing and replacing the river stone floor of our shower that had deteriorated since being installed 12 years ago. While this contractor could have pursued a much more costly solution to replacing the floor, he decided to do the job in a equally effective but less costly manner. He save us a lot of money and we are so pleased with the results! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this contractor to do any tile repair or replacement work you may have in your home.

My experience with this company was a really pleasant one from my first phone call and speaking to Amanda to having John their estimator come out to my home to quote the price. Their price was really reasonable. Allen Did the work. I can â t say enough good things about him. He arrived on time and did a beautiful job fixing the tiles in my tub area that a plumber damaged while installing a tub fixture. He was quick and thorough and went out of his way to go above and beyond to please us. I would recommend this company to anybody.

It is a tedious job and Bob had the bathroom looking wonderful. I have a much older home and the floor grout was not accepting their product well and they did come back to make it right. Very pleased with the results.
