Professional in all aspects. John and his team which included Forest and Danny did a fantastic job on the kitchen backsplash and bathroom of cleaning the original grout and coloring and sealing so now all the tile looks as if it were all newly done. The team was a joy to work with.

So, the quality of the work was excellent & my contact was very responsive. I do have one sticking point. I was initially quoted $325-$475 for the job, depending on the number of hours it took, the range given was 3.5-5 hours. They finished in 2.5 hours and the worker said the cost was $475. I had to have him call his boss to give me the okay to pay the lower end of the range, $325 (the fact that they finished much quicker on an "hourly rate" job is another issue). I wish there were better communication upfront so the boss, the worker and myself were on the same page when it came time to pay.
