Excellent! We grill out, dine al fresco, sit by the fire sipping wine and thoroughly enjoy and admire our beautiful outdoor living space every chance we get! And every time I'm outside I thank Texada in my mind. I apologize for taking so long to write this review. Lisa Texada is a talented landscape architect who listened to my ideas and wants, then designed the perfect outdoor living space for us. All design meetings went very smoothly and within two or three iterations we had the perfect hardscaping, landscaping, lighting plan. Texada handled all permits and was a true pleasure to work with. Her husband, James Texada, handles all construction and works directly with the crew on-site every day to deliver an extremely high quality product in a timely and respectful way. Once during the major construction, I was looking out the window and I guess my expression wasn't super happy, so James knocked on the door to ask if everything was alright - I said I wasn't crazy about where they were relocating the hose spigot and he said "no problem we will move it wherever you like." I am very particular and they changed or corected any item I asked at any point. In fact today, 6 years later, they came back at no-charge to replace a few tiles in the fireplace that had started to warp from the high heat and a few small stones on the walkway were starting to loosen. Absolutely no problem, they fixed them at no charge or aggravation! Fantastic talented, wonderful people to work with!

I am trying to get work done on my lawn. I keep calling landscapers who basically say they will call back and don't, probably because they are too busy. When I called Texada they were very honest and said they couldn't help me for a few months, so it was much better then giving me the run around. If I could wait I would use them, I may have to since I can't get anyone out to even look at what I need done.

JAMES TEXADA IS VERY POLITE, DOES GREAT WORK. IS VERY CREATIVE.
