They did an amazing job. They were very clean and took care to make sure to minimize the dust. They also were always on time in the mornings. I am very happy I picked them to do the work. In addition to doing a great job they came back-no questions asked after I had accidentally scratched the floor when moving a rug back. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to have their hardwood floors look awesome!

I had the living and dining room plus the stairs sanded and stained. Up front he told me the floors were in bad shape due to old dark stains and water damage. Job was done in three days and looks amazing.

Excellent. Major refurbish of original hardwood with three patch areas in 2 days. The team was excellent. Yes a contractor who does what he says. I am using them for carpeting and tiling next.

He seemed to be a nice man. However, he set up an appointment and he didn’t come. Then, he called me the next day and he apologized. I think he told me he would come out another day. He is local. He was very nice and very apologetic. I told him that it was not a problem. He did come over, but he was not very communicative. All he did was measure the floor and he told me that he would send me an estimate. When he did send me the estimate, it was a very good price. However, there was no dialogue or communication there. I thought everything would be specified in the estimate, but he simply gave me the price. I didn’t followup or ask him any questions. He didn’t say much. Maybe he was upset with himself for not calling me earlier. In the meanwhile, I found another company to do the work. I will not use him in the future.

The workers showed up everyday on time for approximately 2 weeks to do the job. We did not replace the tops of the steps and they attempted to make the pine steps match the oak flooring on the first floor and second floor. They had to repair, sand and varnish the steps many times but they look terrific and we saved a lot of money by not replacing them.

They were fabulous. Varga worked very hard with us to pick the right stain color (8 different colors samples). They recommended a semi gloss finish and were willing to redo it if we were unhappy with it-- which were not. We loved it. They were near, the plasticed all open areas for dust containment.

I had originally an estimate for 3 rooms in the house, and decided to go with just one for now. The room had carpet and subfloor and was next to a room with 13 year old hardwood floor. The carpenters laid the flooring out exactly in line with the original flooring and blended the color so perfectly, it looks like it was done with the original flooring. They also trimmed the wall and I am very happy with the final results.

It did not turn out well. They were very slow to return calls & failed to keep numerous appointments. They caused a lot of damage to my trim. The contact person is very pleasant & tries to accommodate, but he doesn't follow through.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS ON THE TELEPHONE ARRANGING FOR AN APPOINTMENT, BUT THEY WERE TWO HOURS LATE ARRIVING FOR THE ESTIMATE. THE ESTIMATOR SPOKE OF SEVERAL CREWS THAT HE HAD TO MANAGE, AND I GOT THE FEELING THERE WAS TOO MUCH GOING ON TO KEEP TRACK OF.

PUNCTUAL, RELIABLE, AND DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. MY FLOORS LOOK LIKE NEW.
