Description of Work: I have a lawn service that I've been using for about 6 years now. It's New Life Landscaping. They just cut my lawn on Sunday.

+ -1 moreWe had been using New Life for several years ( the last service was in 2013) . He has become progressively more unresponsive to several messages left for him during the 2012 and 2013 seasons . Last year he didn't have the courtesy to call us back , after we left SEVERAL messages requesting some extra service to our property for our guests on Mother's Day . This year Tom again has not responded to FOUR messages we left for him ( 3/31/14t0 5/3/14 ) to resume servicing our property for the 2014 season .
Description of Work: Tom did not respond to our FOUR messages left for him from 3/31/14 to 5/3/14 , asking him to start servicing our property for this 2014 season . He had become progressively more unresponsive to SEVERAL messages left for him during the 2012 & 2013 seasons .
