They were professional and responsive, and they were fine.

I will say that the painters were prompt and timely. Also, the individuals who actually painted were nice. I was surprised that the job only took two days and in retrospect I understand why. They did a very quick, not thorough, job. In each area they failed to perform basic repair work on walls even though that was agreed upon. They even failed to paint the side of the bathroom window facing the wall (maybe they thought I wouldn't notice). The owner did come out to inspect the work and agreed to make changes; however, he never followed up on scheduling these repairs after the first date did not work for me. If he had followed up and the repairs had actually been made, I probably would have given a bit of a higher rating. I was lured in by a lower quote but I got what I paid for.

It was a good experience. They were quick and efficient. They gave us the best price and the work they did was fabulous. I liked their professionalism and manner.

The stimator was prompt and capable and provided an estimate within 6 hours via email. the paintres were prompt, meticulous and helpful. I had asked for basic white walls, but the painter suggsted adding a tint - I left it to his professional opinion - and it came out great.

On time, on budget and very pleasant to work with. Meticulous and insured, we were happy with the work.

The room is beautiful. They did an excellent job! They were professional from start to finish. It was better than I expected. I used their color consultant and she was right on..... And the price was very competitive.

One young gentleman came and did the entire job by himself as neatly as you could imagine. They came when they said they would and the price was reasonable. He got everything back in place beautifully and he was very pleasant and helpful. He left the room very neat.

I didn't have to do a thing! I was expecting to have to move my furniture and prep, but they did it all and cleaned up! I couldn't have asked for better!

Estimator was on time, professional, and an estimate was quickly given, breaking out the components of the job. Company flexible and accommodating to our schedule. Walls were inspected for preparation, although minimal preparation was necessary because this is a new building. Painters arrived on schedule, although they had to get some supplies. The team was competent, very polite, and hardworking. They moved some furniture, covered floors, and did a very nice job. The job was completed in three days.

I wanted them to come out and give an estimate. I called a few times and nobody ever called me back.

It looks great! The supervisor, Wally, was outstanding.

I thought highly of this individual but he never sent me an estimate after 4 days and several calls. I had to hire someone else as I was under a time constraint.

Chris was great, although we only saw him for the initial estimate. Work was subcontracted out to very proficient team that worked through the weekend to finish my home and did a fantastic job. My one gripe was subcontractors - if I knew them, I would have used them directly, since they were great. I get the feeling I may have paid too much and have slight reservations recommending CertaPro.

It went fine. There was problem with the trim, but they came back to fix it and ensure my satisfaction. I'm quite happy with the way they handled that.

Their preparation work was excellent. They were thoughtful and responsive. They were quiet while they were here. They were mannerly. Chris, owner, kept in touch and gave us a lot of information. We had the opportunity to use their home decorator. She was right on the mark with colors. And will be hiring them again.

Chris arrived on time for the estimate, and we received it in the mail within two days. We only used another company because Certapro wasn't able to start for three or four weeks and the other contractor could start immediately. To their credit, Certapro offered to lower their price, but couldn't start any sooner.

THEY WERE ON TIME, POLITE, VERY NEAT AND CLEAN AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY FOLLOWED UP WITH A PHONE CALL TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY.

CHRIS WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
