Since the price of the job ($275.00 plus sales tax) was quoted and accepted well in advance of scheduling us to do the work, I can only presume that the "B" rating means you think our price was higher than you wished to pay or you do not value the job we did. You also gave us a "B' rating for the Quality of the job. I just wish that you could be more specific. Maybe about what you were expecting or why or what you may have felt was deficient or disappointing. It's okay to have a less than stellar opinion of us or our work but since it matters to us please let us know why.

Mr McAleer has a niche business and he is very busy. Although it took longer than I had hoped to actually schedule an appointment, it was SO worth the wait, and every penny. He and his staff removed my seven window awnings and cleaned them at his facility. Then they reinstalled when I was home. They were so careful and professional and the awnings look great! I will definitely use his services again.

Bob (owner) was wonderful! He was recommended by the person who made the awning and I couldn't be happier. I purchased a home last summer and it came with a 10x12 awning - it's about 4-5 years old and had never been cleaned; it was extremely dirty as it covers a deck with tons of trees around (wooded area). Bob offered pick up and delivery service which was really convenient. He was great to deal with - I actually I forgot to leave it out the day we agreed on and he was super nice about that!) He returned the awning with 2 weeks and I couldn't be happier. It looks absolutely brand new!! I highly recommend A+ Awning and will definitely use them again!!!

They are very good. The price was reasonable. I have used him in the past, this was the second time that I used him, and I would use him again.
