I called them since they were in my hometown to check my central airconditioner for leaks, they came out right away the first time, charged over 250.00...then they were going to put a dye cartridge in it; which they didn't have and come back out, which I had to call them after a week, which cost me another 200 or so..then they insisted I do something that day..but I said I would take off decking myself since they charge by the hour then I would call them back which I did, the owner came to look at it said he would be back that week with his son to move airconditioner closer to house but never showed up not even a call to say he wasnt coming. I called the following week, he said he would be up in a couple of days, never showed up or called, I called again he said he would be up on Monday but a women called and said he couldnt up til Thursday which he never showed up or no phone call....very unprofessional and not reliable will never call or refer to anymore, going to call someone else

First the heater wouldn’t heat and they came out and fixed it. Then a week later it stopped and they have to come back. Every time they came out they charged me. I talked to almost every company around here and they said that I had hired the worst company. Their price was real high because one visit at $60 would have been enough. They might see something and they fix that one thing so that they can come back or another associate break so that they can come out and fix it. I even told the guy that I would give a contact switch but he told me that if one goes then they would come and put another one for me. Then after that the fan broke and I didn’t pay for it. So he called his boss and I heard his boss saying just leave. I would never use them again.
