The job took 4 1/2 days to complete, a half a day longer than he originally told us but that was due to the joint compound not drying as fast as expected. They had to come back on the 5th day just to sand. The owner, Ray, was there everyday checking on the progress and delivering materials. His workers were prompt, pleasant and they used drop clothes for the hallway carpet and cleaned up the bathroom at the end of each workday since this is our only bathroom and we needed to have access. I requested that our shower only be unusable for 1 day and he accommodated us on that aspect as well. The only negative is that Ray is not as prompt as I would like in returning phone calls, sometimes we had to call him twice before he would return the call. Overall, a positive experience with minimal disruption and I would definitely use him again.

Ray and his team did a great job. During the bid process, I got bids from several other contractors. Ray was able to get to my price, with the full set of features I requested, plus a few additional ones that other contractors would not do for the price. For example, Ray's price was for a footer rather than slab on grade. Once ground was broken the garage was completed in around 2 weeks. Ray finished on time and within budget. His team kept the site very clean and performed the job with no disruptions for my family. Overall I am very happy with the finished product and would recommend R&R Rose for similar projects.
