He provided awesome service- explained what he was working on along the way and even told me that my oil tank was low- not causing the problem! Emailed the next day to check up on the furnace and see how things were going.

Very well. Alex was very professional. He arrived when he said he would and completed the work well within the time he estimated. Additional parts were needed and he explained that prior to installation. He reviewed the repair with me before leaving my home.

FAST AND PROFESSIONAL

Note...units 12+ years old. Alec arrived promptly and checked out units...capacitors bad on both units...one had exploded. Showed me parts and explained what had happened. Started first unit up but was not blowing cold. Compressor not starting up so he tried a "Hard Start" on it and worked like a charm. Second unit ran for about 5 minutes and fan motor stopped....motor was hot to touch. Checked motor and changed out; has run fine for last 2 days. Noting age of units Alec made some suggestions on upgrades but was not pushy. Dealing directly with owner/operator is a big plus and I would give him first shot when units need replaced. Having him back to clean and service units.

Other than an initial email confusion all went well. The service was quick, professional and right on time. We will call on them again as needed.

Alex did a great job. He was very straightforward with the problems and advised me on what should be replaced. He didn't try to up sell me on anything when I asked about replacing the unit entirely. I would definitely use him again.

Great! Alek was very helpful and knowledgeable about the issues of the A/C unit. We had just purchased the home and had no information on the system. Alek explained what was wrong and fixed it. When we do have to replaced the system (which will be sometime soon) we will use Modern Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing LLC.

Modern Heating, Cooling & Plumbing arrived as scheduled, his responsiveness, and punctuality was nothing less than professional. Great communication - answered all questions. I would highly recommend his services for great overall quality in all aspects of the business and very reasonable prices.

The service went extremely well. I let the provider know that I would be asleep on the sofa due to working all night and when he was finished the work all he needed to do was wake me up. He finished all of the work and woke me up. The only problem I had, which had nothing to do with his professionalism or the quality of his work, was that I had to pay 1500$ even though the warranty company said that I didn't owe anything for any of this work. The provider was nice enough to hold my check until that Friday (work was completed on Monday) when I got paid. I had no problems with the provider or the quality of his work. He was extremely professional AL and completed the work in the amount of time that he said it would take.

We followed Alex's instructions and have had no problems for the past week now. A/C working fine, no leaks. Thank you Alex! We are very appreciative.

Alex was great, I asked him on 4/19/16 to come and look at my unit and he promptly showed the next day. As requested, he came to my house and inspected my heat pump / ac unit. Upon completion of his review, he recommended a good cleaning of the unit. As he was cleaning, we chatted about the maintenance associated with the unit and what we could do to extend the life of it. He spoke in great detail and explained everything in a way that was understandable. I was sure to pay attention to his work as this was the first time we had used him. As he cleaned the unit I could clearly see it had five years of material suffocating it (this was the first time we've had it serviced). When the dirt finally was cleaned off, he put everything back together and stuck around to ensure that it was properly working, which it did. Overall, I was quite impressed with his knowledge, delicateness and attention to detail. We will certainly be using him again in the future!

This guy is conscientious and has excellent work ethic. I would use his services in the future and would strongly recommend him for your heating/cooling needs.

These guys did a great job! Came in quick and got the job done fast and clean. So far no problems with this new unit. Alek goes beyond what needs to get done and made sure we understand all the functions and the settings before he left. Thanks!
