Literally the WORST company to ever do business with. They charged $370 for a terrible job. The tech told us a return went to “no where” when in reality it was a long run they didn’t want to do. When communicated the find with the business they blamed us, the customer. Then wanted to have us pay $180 to fix their mistake. When looking at the returns farther we could see there was so much debris left. We will have to have another company fix their awful job.

If you are looking to pay a bottom dollar price and don't care about the quality of the work performed, this is not the company for you. If on the other hand you want a top notch job done professionally and in such a way that you can see the value you are getting for your money, then by all means use Eastern Air Inc. They were on time, took the time needed to do the job right the first time, and spent time discussing my needs and ways to improve things for the future. After the service I was astounded at how clean the ventilation system was. I definitely intend to use them again in the future and will recommend them to all my friends.

They knew their business, they did an efficient job, and certain things that were wrong with the home were corrected. They were friendly, courteous, answered all of my questions if I had any that needed answering. After moving furniture to get to the ducts themselves they moved everything back where it was. They did a tremendous job.

Arrived just a few minutes late. But very hard workers and got the job done quickly. Cleaned up after themselves.

I called Eastern Air early in the morning after smelling what I thought was a dead rodent coming from one of my return air ducts. I spoke to Mark on the telephone and he said he could be there at noon that same day. He actually got there about 10 minutes early! After looking inside this specific return air duct, and doing a thorough inspection of all my heating and cooling system, Mark's assessment, with which I concurred, was that the smell was most likely coming from somewhere between floor or ceiling joists adjacent to the return air duct, and not from the duct itself. He said he could do a complete cleaning of my entire system, at a much greater cost, but it was not otherwise needed, and would not likely find and remove the cause of the smell. He recommended running our heat pump's fan for several days, as that had removed the smell, which was localized in one room only, and did not spread it elsewhere in our home. We followed his advice, and the smell was gone entirely after several days.

The team was thorough and professional. They knew exactly what they were doing, explained each step to us and proceeded to take twenty (I'm embarrassed to say) years of dust, debris and cat dander out of our duct system. I am very allergic to cats, and our old cat finally passed away so we decided to do a thorough house clean out. Our house has 12 rooms, so there were a lot of ducts to clean. While we can't see past the registers, what we can see is spotlessly clean, and I have no doubt that their powerful tools did a great job. The proof is in the absence of dust. Since they did the ducts, I have seen a marked difference in the dust that accumulates in the house. It is now much less, and allergies are abating. I did get three estimates, and Eastern' s cost was competitive and their service excellent.

Everything was excellent. They were so kind and very helpful and now our house is very fresh and clean. We are very glad to have this company they really do a wonderful job. Very clean in doing everything to clean the ducts of our house. We were very happy and impressed. Mrs Carey
