As always, it went great. They arrived a few minutes early to start the work. The two persons working on our home were both professional. They did a lot in 1-day's time and our home is now enjoying AC (as soon as it's warm enought).

Not well. Mark came highly recommended by our realtor, and I had a good feeling after talking with him as he was knowledgeable and professional. I actually chose him to do the work even though his bid was higher than another contractor. The first date we scheduled came and Mark sent an e-mail the night before saying he could not make it. He came to the house the next day and walked through again and we scheduled for later that week. This date came and Mark finally called me back after I had left a few voicemails. He informed me he would not be able to make the date again. I informed him I would contact him later. Never did. I went with the lower priced electrician and am very happy with the work that electrician performed.

Called for an estimate, which was comparible to other bids. All phone calls were returned in a timely fashion. Showed up on time, and got right to work. Company installed recessed lighting in living room and Office. Got way more then I expected for my money. Since this was all new ligting, the entire job had to be wired to the lights and switches, including dimmers, then tied to existing electric. Looks like its been there for years. While doing this project, other electrical issues with existing outlets were pointed out to me, and repaired at no additional charge. The job was completed quickly, including clean up and removal of trash and materials with no strain on family activities.

Mark Thompson is the owner and he is very nice and does a great job.
