He said that it would be cheaper to pay him an hourly rate. I had my father in law come and supervise because he is an electrician. They only completed about 5 of the ten things on the punch list. They didn't make any attempt to get ahold of us. There were 3 or 4 guys here that we had to pay by the hour and they didn't get everything done. They poorly represented the price for the work. They left my house a huge mess. They left dust and dirt everywhere. There were vent covers left open and off. I would definitely not use them again.

Overall we were very satisfied with the work. They were professional and courteous. However, they had to cancel one appointment, and getting them to reschedule was very difficult. But when they came out they did a great job.

I had a fluorescent light installed over my basement stairway. The workers were very professional and very clean. The work was a little more difficult than the workers initially anticipated, but they were still able to get everything done very well.

Showed up promptly, did a thorough evaluation, presented options, and fixed problem quickly. Followed up next day with proposal for alterations requested.

I like the company a lot. It was a little difficult to get them. He gave me a price for some additional work that I wanted done, but so far I have not gotten a response back from them. I was absolutely happy with the work that they did. It was excellent quality and good value.

They were very friendly when they came over and worked for us. They were very professional about the job when they were here. They showed up on time.

Painless! Rich's son did the work along with another employee. They came when they said they would, did a great job, cleaned up -- and the price is always right.

Fair. The work was done over a couple of days. I bought the ceiling fans, they installed them. They function fine and look good, though there was drywall damage on the wall that was hastily (and poorly) repaired. Circuit was added and garage wires were moved. Some wires were moved though they did not need to be and I was credited for the work. Bathroom fans were installed and vented through the roof when weather permitted. Cleanup was pretty good inside (dust and bits of wire left behind), but very poor in the attic where debris was left behind and insulation was removed and not put back. I did contact Rich Little about the poor cleanup, he apologized and offered to take care of it, but I chose to do it myself.

Rich promptly returned our phone call and gave us a fair estimate. The work was done in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction. Rich and his crew were punctual and cordial. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Very fast, guys were polite and got right to work. Actual charges were slightly less than the estimate (a bonus).

Went very smoothly. They arrived earlier than I expected; two guys instead of one and were here for about and hour and a half getting everything done properly, including swapping out the main circuit breaker, and three subs. They worked efficiently and did a great job. I would definitely call them again without hesitation. Initial estimate was $185.00, but because there were three other sub breakers that needed swapping out to bring to code, the final price went up to $300.00 to cover the additional materials and labor.

Rich and his crew are professional, and completed all work in a timely manner. I found Rich on Angie's List and my only hesitation in adding more positive reviews for him and his team was that he would be too busy to continue working on our home when we need him in the future!

They were satisfactory but you have to be there with them to make sure they are doing what you asked them to do.

I was thrilled with the results and particularly pleased that the electricians worked so well with the other contractors. This made my job of overseeing the work that much easier. The electricians were very flexible to my continually adding on more work to the initial scope. A few of the outlets were at a non- uniform height. When I brought this to the electricians attention, the work was corrected without any resistance and immediately. The final result was that you cannot distinguish which outlets were changed. All looks quite good!!!

Mr. Little responded to my message quickly, arrived on time, changed the dimmer switch. He also identified the problem with the fixtures. One fixture needed to be changed, so he told us what kind to buy and explained that we might want to change it ourselves to save money. He was responsive and professional.

Words fail me to describe adequately how prompt, courteous, and professional they are. They called when they said they would and came when they said they would. It was an incredibly terrific experience. We do not have an invoice from him yet but, based upon work quotes, their work is well within reason. We look forward to a long working relationship with this firm.

Rich was great. He gave me the option of postponing the work until spring because the problems are linked directly to the use of our window units. I am absolutely using Rich for the work when I have it completed in the spring. He's extremely knowledgeable and professional! I have already recommended him to several friends.

There were a few minor issues, but they were addressed immediately.

He also put a light in my kitchen pantry.

The work went very well. Rich returned my call withing an hour or two in our first interaction, and was over the next evening (at our convenience) to look at our place and generate a quote. (What we ended up paying was right on the quote, within one percent, seriously). We were told the work would take one whole day, and they showed up right on time on the scheduled day, Rich, with an additional four man crew. All of the workers were professional and diligent. For the complicated bits of work, it is clear that Rich is the master electrician as he would actively direct his crew (that said, the crew handled most of the routine work very well, which was good given that Rich needed to leave after noon for another appointment). The crew finished by 3 p.m. Later that evening, Rich came back to the house and inspected the finished work, touching up a few wall patch jobs. My only gripe was that the crew wasn't the tidiest, and I did need to do some extra post-work cleaning.

Rich had done work for me previously and I was very pleased. I asked if he would come back to hang a very large lighted mirror. He said he would and returned with all the necessary paraphernalia. The mirror is extremely heavy and required a bit of engineering skill to be done properly. Additionally, the mirror's light wasn't working (which I didn't know beforehand) and Rich fixed it. He took his time, was very patient and extremely neat. He did an excellent job. I would definitely call him again.

I was extremely pleased. He arrived promptly with a crew. Each member was assigned a different task so that work was done simultaneously. I had an Italian fixture that was not equipped with the necessary piece needed to mount it and wasn't amenable to standard U.S. electrical fittings. Rick created a customized piece. It was a complicated job requiring creativity. The result is excellent. Everyone was extremely neat,considerate and respectful. I would not hesitate to call him again. He really knows his business.

They were very knowledgeable about electrical work and they were very detailed with the work they performed.
