No problems, even offered advice on some other projects I had.

Despite some weather-related problems in scheduling, the work went extremely well. Mr. Little responded to my call promptly, came out to evaluate the job soon thereafter, carefully researched the possibilities and what was needed to do it, worked expeditiously, did a first-rate job, and made sure proper permits and inspections were obtained and carried out. He identified significant problems in two electrical panels and revised them for safety and efficiency. While he was there, he and his staff changed two light switches at no charge.

I think that they did a very good job. They did excellent quality work. They were very prompt and friendly. The only downfall that I saw was some occasional bad language while they were in my home. I do think that they did a very good job.

He really went above and beyond the call of duty. We had a little trouble with scheduling due to miscommunication and injury. Once he good here his work was very good. I paid for the light and the only thing I had to pay for was his labor alone. Since I paid up front he gave me a small discount. I felt that the price for the job was reasonable.

Arrived on time and surveyed the job, promising to get back to me with an estimate. Never called, wrote or emailed. I finally called him, after two weeks, and he said he was "working on it" and would get back to me. Never heard from him again. And we weren't talking about a little job, but a $7,400 one. This replicates the experience of another Angie's Club member. Why do you still rate him Super Service Award?

In the middle of the winter, two zones covering approximately 1/3 of our home failed leaving us with no heat. Rich came out immediately, prepared a proposal and then installed the electric heat that we needed. The job was difficult as the house is stone with access challenges, but Rich's crew did a fine job, cleaning up carefully and leaving us warm.

I called and explained what the situation was. He explained to me all the possibilities of what was wrong and gave me good advice on how to approach it. We found that it would not be cost effective for him to come out and repair it. We appreciate his honest assessment and will be using him in the future.

Very well. They were on time and professional and reasonably priced. In addition to the work, they also identified a problem where a new dishwasher had not been properly grounded, and told us what to ask for from Sears who had done the installation at no extra charge.

They did fine. They ended getting the work done, even though we had many callbacks. I think part of this mediocre experience was initially when we had the faceplate for the wall sockets put in. Verbally, I told them they need to be black. They put white faceplates in. The electrician disputed this by saying in the contract that I said black. Just generally lack of attention-to-detail.

He found an open ground in one of the boxes. Once he figured it out the problem was corrected. He was personable, knowledgeable and I liked him. His charge was reasonable. He also came out on Friday night.

He was very easy to keep in contact with and keeping me informed. He wasn't especially fast, but that might have been my schedule as well. I would consider using him again.

It went well. Mr. Little responded promptly to my email requesting an estimate. He and his men showed up on time and performed the job in a professional manner.

They did a good job. The guy, Rich, has been responsive and calls everyday to make sure everything is okay while I finish my remodeling. He doesn't really miss too much, but there are a couple things I've had to point out.

They were professional, courteous, skilled and went out of their way to make you feel that they took your job seriously. They are tuned in to their customers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I left a message for Mr. Little to let him know I needed some work done. He returned my call promptly enough and schedule a time for him to stop over to evaluate my situation. He did NOT show up for the appointment nor did he phone to say he needed to reschedule or to apologize for the no-show.

He was supposed to come on Saturday and he didn't. He was supposed to come on Sunday and he didn't. He was supposed to come on Tuesday and he didn't. We then scheduled an appointment for Thursday, but he came on Wednesday when I had a couple of doctor's appointments to go to. He didn't show up later in the afternoon on Wednesday as promised. I called him and he said he hurt his back, so I am now looking to use another company.

They were spot on their estimate. They showed up when they said, and left right after they were done. It was a very good experience. I would hire him again in the future.

This was the first time we had used their services. They were very professional and were very quick in responding. They were very nice people. We were satisfied with them.

The whole job went very smoothly. The contractor and I had to coordinate the plumber to run the gas line, the delivery of the generator and the timing of his guys to come and start the job and the permits and inspection. Everyone came when they said that they would. the generator was delivered on time, too. Rich and his crew did exactly what he wrote in his proposal and was very helpful in explaining what would happen and how it would happen. Rich was very creative when I told him that my husband did not want to change the space that was already in the wall housing the original 200 amp service. No additional holes were made in the wall and he was able to fit everything in. We also added a couple of smaller jobs. They worked with me to help me select emergency circuits that were necessary to put on the generator when the electricity goes out. the crew was punctual, clean and courteous and stopped whatever they were doing to answer my questions. They cleaned up everyday. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

The experience was very good! The dryer was on a wall where it was very difficult to vent properly. They worked hard to get the dryer vented, even when other companies told us it couldn't be done. They took the initiative and had innovative ways to fix the problem.

Great... It's always a pleasure to work with Rich and his son... they've always gotten back to me in a timely fashion, make good suggestions and are pleasant and professional.

I feel it went well. They cleaned up their messes. They where on time and punctual. They were courteous and polite. They were there from start to finish. I would use this company again.

I could not give them a higher recommendation. They were not cheap but they were amazingly responsive and easy to work with. Even when problems arose they were very accommodating.
