They came on time and they used drop cloths while working. They were also very personable but I felt like they charged us way too much. They had three guys come out and worked for five hours while they probably only needed two guys and could have finished in less time. However the job was done very well and I would hire them again.

I loved the fact that if he was late even a couple minutes, he would phone ahead to let me know. Considering the amount of time that he spent in our home on this project, he offered a great price. He is reliable and efficient.

Rich came out to look at our broken lamppost. He removed it and sealed the exposed electrical. He found a new post that was a similar model and installed it in the same place as it had previously been.

He answered the phone! (I'd actually spent a week trying to get someone to call me back about this problem.) We scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, and he came in the afternoon as he said he would. It was a quick process and he charged us just $25 for his work. His estimate on rewiring was very reasonable ($450) given the length of wiring needed. He also gave us an estimate on another job which we found very reasonable. We will be using him in the future.

Very good experience. Mr. Little was prompt in calling us back about scheduling the work and he showed up when he said he would. The first motor for the attic fan did not work and he had to go and purchase another one, which required him to make a lengthy trip, but he did it and did not charge us extra. He and his son worked at our house on the first day and then Mr. Little came back the second day to install the correct motor for the attic fan. They were easy to work with and did a good job. We will use them again in the future, I'm sure.

Rich Little worried about the cost and found ways to reduce it from his initial estimate of $1500 to the final bill of $635. Rich was neat, careful and concerned about the quality and appearance of the repair. He and his son did an excellent job. I highly recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Rich and his crew were a delight to work with. The work was completed in less time than anticipated and in a quality manner. The members of Rich's crew were polite (one asked permission to use my bathroom, and one brought in my trash can). These are small touches which one doesn't often see anymore.

Rich was very responsive to our first call, he was able to give us an estimate quickly. He did great work and we recommend him highly. He kept in touch with us throughout the length of the project, sometimes two times a day.

Fantastic. Came very quickly (emergency). Three men stayed for more than 6 hours. They were efficient, polite and very professional. They only left once the work was completely finished and we were up and running.

I hired Rich based on his excellent Angie's List reviews and a brief conversation and email exchange. He did absolutely excellent work - I would use him again and refer him to anyone. He picks up his cell phone 9/10 times and is very responsive. He was also very flexible, as I made a couple additions outside the original scope for which he was very accommodating in the schedule. I also found him to be very accountable. The team he brought was polite, hard-working, and cleaned up everything nicely. Rich also took care of many extra details - clear labeling, excellent plaster repair, added extra cable for the future, advised me to add the hard-wired fire alarm system, cleaned out extra portions of the attic of the 50-year old insulation (made it easier to replace!). We had a couple of mutual schedule adjustments because of Christmas holidays, and he was again extremely flexible. I was home when the inspector came and he commented several times about the quality of the work.

I called the company on a Sunday after finding him on Angie's List. He called back Sunday night, performed an estimate Tuesday AM and came back on Thursday of the same week to do the job. He was prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. We will absolutely use him again.

Rich agreed to come to my house with one day's notice, in the evening. Though he canceled last minute, he said he would (and did) come the next evening. He worked for 1.5 hours on a somewhat puzzling electrical fault involving turn-of-the-century wiring. Rich has a good understanding of electric theory, which is very useful when diagnosing faults. I'll be using RJ Little again for my electrical needs.

In general, Rich and his crew did a very good job. I had a fairly tight time schedule and he coordinated the work to accommodate my schedule. He anticipated future work, was always thinking ahead, and made lots of good suggestions. He was prompt and very thorough from the first appointment for the estimate - through the course of the work. He had enough people in the crew to accommodate my schedule and also worked a partial day on a Saturday. He and his crew were pleasant, professional, and accommodating. They also did a good job cleaning up after patching the walls/ceilings. My only issue was with the cost of some of the extras. We discussed all of the items. However, I didn't know which items were gratis and which items were extra until I got the final bill. I would have made made some different choices if I had known all of the costs in advance. I should have asked more questions and gotten specific prices before proceeding w/ the extras.

Mr. Little was very responsive, coming the day we called him to repair the non-functioning light fixture. He scheduled a return to replace the circuit breakers, and came when promised. He was polite and cheerful, worked efficiently, was neat, and highly professional. We have found ourselves a good electrical contractor!

I will be contracting with RJ Little LLC Electrical Services to replace the rest of the outlets in the house plus some other electrical work.

Rich and his team were great! I wasn't sure what time my new range would be delivered. Rich was very flexible and was able to come out on a Saturday to install my new range. He was at my house within an hour of my range being delivered and completed the job within an hour. He and his team were polite and quite funny. Would definitely use Rich again.

We have hired another company due to the price. This other company is still lower when additional work was added on to the job.

When we called Richard, my wife and I were very hesitant. We had an awful experience with an electrician a year prior. When we called, he came over the same day and did the work the next day. He was honest, punctual, and an overall pleasure to work with. Two nights after he finished our place, my mom called me and asked for the name of an electrician for a breaker problem. Not only did he return her call that night, but he drove over at 8 in the evening and did the work!

Mr. Little called us to let us know he'd be late but gave us an exact time he'd arrive -- and he kept to that time. Our situation was an emergency and he responded very quickly. We were very pleased with Mr. Little and his crew. It was a pleasure to do business with this company!

He cleaned up, couldn't even tell where he ran the line. He called back the same night, arrived on time, and completed the job in within the estimate.

Excellent. Mr. Little runs a very personal business. He is humble and hardworking and we would recommend him highly.

We are in the process of selling our house. After inspection of our home, there was a defective GFCI outlet in our garage. We agreed to have this replaced. It is a pretty small job but I was finding the search for an electrician to be difficult. Initially, I had thought that my best bet was to go through a larger referral type of a company because it was such a small job. However, they wanted to charge $45 just to step foot in my house! We then called Richard because of the positive reviews on Angie's List and I am so glad that we did. Richard was great! He was very professional. He gave us a very fair price for the job. Plus, now we have a good electrician to call when we are in our new house and have bigger jobs! I would highly recommend his company!

This company was extremely professional. Rich immediately responded to my telephone inquiry and was out the next day to give me an estimate. The work was scheduled for the next week, and we are extremely pleased with the results. Not only does the light and outlet look great and run well, they cleaned up so well you could never tell they had been there. I would definitely use this company again.
