+ -1 moreExcellent customer service. Pager #610.940.8474. Since there was water in basement, I called office, then paged them. Responded right away and sent someone out within 1/2 hour (family owned/operated business). Problem solved within 2 hours of discovery. Meanwhile six hours later I'm still waiting for the plumber I used last time to even return my call. A trustworthy friend had referred Penn Wynne Plumbing & Heating to me a while ago and I was glad I had their number in my phone!
Description of Work: Water in basement. Initially explained user error which caused issued (forgot to flip switches from winter to summer causing unit overload). Then inspected entire unit from filters all the way through. Replaced inexpensive filter. Also explained why air was not flowing properly in one of the bedrooms (simple fix).
