Job went perfectly. Nam even got the unit installed earlier than was agreed to due to pending 90+ degree weather that was coming in.

Nam was great - Extremely responsive and knowledgeable. I've used several other HVAC companies in the past for my rental properties and Nguyen's is by far the most reliable.

After calling two different big Hvac repair companies in the area and paying high fees even tho they could not isolate the problem with the unit, Nyguyen fixed our unit in very reasonable price and checked everything on the unit extremely with care and patients. I highly recommend this company.

This is an outstanding HVAC contractor. He is prompt, friendly and very knowledgable. He diagnosed and fixed the heat problem at a stunningly reasonable price and without any "after hours" exorbitant fee. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He should be everyone's 'go-to' guy for any HVAC issues.

I had another company that came to look at my furnace. They were going charge and arm and a leg for the service. I declined. I looked around on Angie's List and found Nam. He was here on the same day. He was professional, courteous and friendly. He fixed the problem quickly. When he wrote on his company description that his fees might be 75% less than the larger companies' rates. He wasn't kidding! He saved me 70%! I will definitely use him again. I even saved his contact information on my cell phone. I cannot recommend him enough.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Nam and his crew were very professional and punctual, arriving at 8 a.m. as we had discussed. They worked very well and fast only taking about 3 hours to take out and install the new gas heater. I would recommend this company for any services that you need to your HVAC system. They are fair with pricing and installed my new unit the next day after the initial service call. Thank you Nam for your great work, now me and my dog will have a nice and warm Thanksgiving.

Well, after having a bad experience with another (orange) company, I found Nguyen's HVAC. Based on the current ratings and reviews, I contacted Nam. He promptly identified the problem and offered a reasonable estimate. I wanted to wait a few weeks before writing this review just to make sure it was working ok (I was still a bit concerned due to my previous experience with the other company). Everything went smoothly and my A/C is working as it should. I want to also add that Nam is very personable and courteous. I am happy to recommend his services and would not hesitate to hire him for any future HVAC needs.

Excellent, there were 3 technicians and they performed the entire amount of work in one day. They were clean and did not make the house dirty at all. They did an outstanding job.

Nam and team were responsive and attentive from the first call to project completion. Nam was focused during project scoping, listened to my objectives and helped us make choices to accomplish our goals (i.e. minimize costs and maximize benefit). Was able to move quickly from estimate to install, and meet challenging schedules from my end. Further, he and his team were on-time for the day of install and worked through a couple of unseen issues that were discovered during the install; all to ensure that they would meet the commitments of a 1-day install and get the A/C up and running. Last, Nam was sure to follow-up and check on our satisfaction. A class move that further exhibited his commitment to customer service and quality work.

Everything went well. It was installed in 2 days. Very professional and clean. Things look great.

Nam and his crew worked very hard. They were excellent. They were very neat while working and left NO mess. They had to install AC return units in my basemen and on my third floor which is a finished floor with an office and a bed room. He did not damage any of the walls and left no mess. His workmanship was excellent. Equally as important, the AC units work great. The idea of having two units under separate zoned controls was a great idea. This is the hottest summer in a few years and my house is very comfortable. It is cool, but there is no humidity and I my only regret is that I did not have this work done by Nam sooner. I would recommend this company in a heart beat to anyone.

Great! He assessed the problem and was quickly able to locate the leak. He was prepared and had the materials needed to fix it with him and was able to replace the parts and stop the leak that day. He arrived on time and worked until the problem was resolved. He cleaned up and left no trash or mess. He also took the time to explain the problem to me and what he needed to do to fix it.
