Description of Work: I called Connolly plumbing, starting September 1, to get them to install a new tub for us. They had done work for us before and had done well, but the last visit (to fix some leaky faucets) was shoddy, but I thought I'd give them another chance. Despite 4 or 5 calls on my part - where they kept on saying they would contact me to schedule the work - I never heard from them. I have since moved my business elsewhere.

Description of Work: Fixed a bathroom leak. They were unable to find the leak the first several times they came to the house. They did continue to come back until they figured out where the leak was.

+ -1 moreConolly was efficient, friendly, cooperative and did good quality work. I live in Oregon and own this old family house near Philadelphia as a rental property. I arranged with Conolly to start on a definite date when I would fly in from the West to be on hand for the work. He started right on time the morning after I arrived and was finished by the end of the day. I was especially concerned about the root system of a very old tree. Conolly's backhoe operator gently and carefully passed the tree without disturbing the roots - and he actually cared about the tree. Conolly was not the lowest price, but inspired the most confidence and his office person was polite and competent on the phone. We communicated before the job by email.
Description of Work: Conolly installed a new main water line to my house in the Philadelphia suburbs.
