MGTree and I agreed upon work to be performed to the extent of setting a date (nearly two months in advance) and price. After discarding all of my other proposals and waiting two months I came home on the day that the work was to be performed and the tree remained. I had to call them instead of them reaching out to me and they said that they were at my house that morning and determined that they were not equipped to handle the responsibility of the agreement that was made. It was out of their range of ability. They said that they would come out to the house again and reevaluate. Once again I had to contact them to hear what the determination was and they said they could not handle this job. I considered them to be unprofessional and having lack of concern for the customer. I do not recommend anybody to use this company!

Due to a negative experience with a contractor I don't usually write reviews but I made an exception with MG Tree. Had to call them twice to schedule work but the wait was well worth it. They arrived on site mid day and went right to work. They worked quickly and efficiently and did an outstanding clean up. I had a special request and they readily accommodated my request. Before they packed up for the day they made sure I was highly satisfied with the job. Would definitely hire them again.
