Extremely satisfied! Mark, the electrician, was both punctual and professional. He was able to identify the problem outlets and make the necessary upgrades. He had all of the necessary parts with him. In addition, he quickly diagnosed and located the faulty wire in my new kitchen. He corrected the problem and reinstalled the outlet. In fact, he did a great job of explaining what he was doing and the reason why it was necessary to make the repair.

The job was done in 1 day and work was terrific. Andrew and his crew were extremely professional and really knew their stuff. Andrew even took time out to explain the work he was doing. It is greatly appreciated. Andrew is coming back to do some additional work in the near future. We couldn’t be more pleased.

Very well. Discovered that microwave and countertop outlets were on the same circuit, which is not right. Technician was able to rewire the microwave in a separate circuit and move an outlet without disrupting our recently remodeled kitchen backsplash.

Mark from Martella was punctual, professional, and obviously an expert in his field. He explained things every step of the way including the pricing and decision points. The day before I called Martella, I had an electric shock from my stove hood. Martella was able to accommodate me the very next morning. The electrician, Mark, dropped the current, removed the stove hood, and found exposed wire behind a cabinet and also an ungrounded electrical outlet on the same circuit. He had to run new wire from the basement to the kitchen. It was all fixed up within two and a half hours. Prior to arriving, the company sent me a text with a short bio about the electrician who was coming to my home. This really made me feel safe! Thank you Mark and Martella for excellent service!

It went well. This company had someone to my house within a half hour, as I said it was important for me to have equipment fixed immediately. The electrician was competent, explained everything clearly to me, and did a great job. I would definitely call them again.

Some good, some not as good. On the good side, Master Electrician Brian Schied brought a light that met our requirements for a warm tone of light (not cold industrial feeling light) and he was empathetic and creative in wiring it so that we could see and be comfortable with the quality of light before he installed it. And overall Brian was great to work with, very good communicator and clearly a total professional. And Martella could get the job done quickly and other firms I spoke with were a few weeks out. The not so good comes from the way that Martella doesn't present the pricing until the rep is on site - so you really have to make a decision on the spot. And that's particularly on my mind because Martella is very expensive. So the work is good, but gosh you pay a high price.
