He basically added a speed-bump to the end of his piece of driveway which was causing my new driveway to collect a pond of water. The township had him come over to repair. He was outside and my husband was working in the yard and just said hello, how ru doing. The owner who first said he wasn't the owner was confrontational. He blamed me for him having to fix his mistake - even though the township stated he needed to fix his mistake. He was rude, using bad language - personally insulting homeowners. Not only is he unprofessional but not a smart man. Save yourself time/money and get estimates from people who can speak and converse.

The problem arose the next rain after the install. We noticed there were several areas that were pooling. We called and sent him photos in August, and he promised to come out and inspect. He never showed up (although he promptly showed up to be paid when the job was completed...) When we last spoke to him a few weeks ago, he told me he would get to looking at it when he had time, and if that wasn't good enough, too bad. It is now almost October, and we still have several pooled areas. We are concerned once it gets cold, rain/snow will pool and freeze, causing a slip hazard and damage to the surface. We will probably end up having to sue him in small claims court and have another contractor tear up the poor job he did and re-do it in the spring. Do not at all recommend this contractor for any work whatsoever.

I have a long driveway, so it was a lot of work. He was very helpful, upfront, and efficient (old school business). He came when he said he was going to. I would use him in the future.
