Description of Work: Heater shutdown. Replaced flame sensor,furnance control circuit board, hot sensor ignitor and highlimit switch. He also altered the air flow in the plenum. Vaughn offered several space heaters to get us through the night until he could get the needed parts in the morning. He worked quickly and hept us informed of the various problems. He made sure that the work area was cleaned when he was finished. |The very first time I used Jam Air was several years ago when I asked for an estimate to replce my Carrier air conditioner. My heater people at that time told me that they could not fix it because the part was no longer made. Vaughn said that he could fix it by changing the connection to the thermostat. So for $100.00 we have had no problems with air condtioning since.

THE EMPLOYEE FOR JAM AIR WAS TIMELY AND POLITE. THE JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY AND FIXED PROPERLY.
Description of Work: FIXED CENTRAL AIR UNIT THAT WAS MAKING A LOUD NOISE.
