Came out the next day after making an online apt request. I assumed it would be just to get a quote, but he was able complete the job right then and there. $100 less than the other quote I receive! highly recommend and I will definitely use again.

Install went okay. There were some imperfections the way registers were cut into the floor an ceiling but the remnants of the cutouts were left everywhere with little cleanup. The problem came months later when the heat would not come on when the season changed. He came out banged on the valve in the compressor which did get it working temporarily and promised to contact the manufacturer for a warranty part. A few months later, the system completely stopped working. No response was given to at least a dozen emails and phone calls regarding the warranty issue. I had to find another contractor to come out and fix the issue.

There was a crucial part missing. Over the years I tired to get him to return. He never did. It got to the point that he never even returned my calls. I would call him on a cell phone and he would act like he couldn't hear me. Don't go near this guy.
