Well.

OK service. Leakage after the work, then they took care of it. Too expensive

Overall, not very impressed; the only positive was that we got same day service and had use of our kitchen sink back before dinner. He showed up 1 ? 2 hours later than promised, did not use a drop-cloth, dropping his tools on the kitchen floor, cut pipe directly over my wife?s throw rug, which I later had to clean of the many scraps of metal and rust he left behind. It was a relatively simple job ? replacing the drainpipe and trap ? he was here less than an hour, and he charged me $325. After he left I realized that he didn?t even give me an itemized bill or receipt.

Not a hitch!

I emailed John Falcome about having to complete a plumbing service for me. John went over his pricing guide and stated a date and time when they were going to show up and they came on that date and on time. I did need to have them come back for a minor adjustment and they came back the next day without hesitation. I will call them again if i need additional plumbing service. Ralph Steele

This company was very accommodating in trying to work around my schedule. I felt they were honest and trustworthy people, charging a fair price for their services. The plumber performed a minor repair on my flange for no extra charge. The toilet is a good quality toilet -- they are giving you value, although one might be tempted to skimp on quality here for the sake of the bottom line.

Our new tenant informed us that there was a gas leak and the utility company turned off the gas to the house. This was a bit of an emergency situation since it was Friday afternoon in the beginning of February and our tenant had three small children. I called Jon and explained my situation. He immediately told me that he would have one of his guys out to the property to check it out. He was extremely communicative and called me when his plumber arrived at the house and gave me a fair estimate. I would highly recommend Falcone and Truman. They were prompt, honest and professional.

I have been waiting over 3 weeks for an estimate that he said might take up to a week. I have not even received a phone call explaining why there is a delay.

They were by far the cheapest of all estimates I received. They responded to calls and emails in timely manner. They were very nice to work with and did a great job. My landlord had canceled an appointment with them and they were willing to work with me to reschedule the appointment. They were very patient.

It was much less than other plumbers I've used in the past. He kept the job to the first hour. They are very honest and have senior discounts. He was conscious of the time so I wouldn't pay for another hour. They fixed the problem.

Our goal was to install a water filtration system ASAP, since we just moved in. Falcone came to collect a sample but never perfomed the analysis they offered, or at least never gave us the results. We received only an estimate for the filtration installation. When we wrote back twice to request information, we received no response.

They were fair priced. I rate them highly and I would use them again in the future.

This was an emergency service call. My toilet would not stop running and there was no shut off valve at the toilet which meant I had to shut off the water to the entire house. I called Falcone and Truman and they said they could be out in about half an hour. I was asked the serial number on the toilet to be sure they had the right parts with them. They arrived on time. The repair man was very professional and told me what was needed to be done and I asked him to add a shut off valve in case something would happen again. He had no problem with installing the valve. He did all the work and then gave me the price with what work was done. They were very professional and I would hire them again and I would also recommend them to anyone that needed plumbing work.

Will use them again for future plumbing.

First of all the owner John Falcone is great, He calls the day before, right after the work is done to follow up. So after a week the guys did the work we noticed another leak. I called John and he said he could have his crew there the next morning... Awsome! so it turns out another part of the toilet I previously tried to fix was leaking and something I did to it made the toilet slightly move depending on the "angle of work' you are doing. The guys redid/fixed and reset the toilet again. It works perfect, no leaks, no moving and better yet no extra charge. There is no question that I will continue to use Falcone & Truman pluming for my pluming needs and to fix the stuff in the house I break... ha.

Only received an est. in a timely manner.

They were on time and we are very happy with the work they did.

I spent about $7000 on the job. They worked out very well. The work was just fantastic. They are very reliable and do exactly what they say they would do. I will continue to use them in the future.
