Description of Work: edward responded right away on saturday and looked at the home we were looking to purchase. he submitted a summary and estimate to me on sunday as we had to commit to the home purchase on monday. very helpful and responsive. we ended up not buying the house. however, edward probably saved me ten or twenty thousand dollars by advising me of many the problems with the stucco around the windows, gutters, and doors along with the possibility of hidden damage. would definitely use him for any work. he has a very good reputation.

Description of Work: Found his name on Angies list. I called the number and he answered but was working and asked me to call back and leave info as he was on a ladder. Certainly understandable and fair enough. I did, but did not hear back after a week, so I called. And then i called again, and again....ok, so he calls after a couple of weeks and says he is close to my house and will take a look and give me an estimate. Within a few days I had a written estimate and we emailed back and forth with questions and info. Everything takes days though. No same day responses. So, we agree on the work to be preformed and the price and now two weeks later I still can not get him to return my calls/emails on a start date. This is over $3,300 worth of work we are talking about. My last note to him of 5 days ago was" do you want to do this work or not". It has gone ignored. I have now wasted 7 weeks since my first contact with him and I am stuck last minute with winter approaching to find someone else to do the job. His quality of work may be good. i would not know. His professionalism is F=Lousy

 + -1 moreThe quality of his work is very good. He does an outstanding job. He does not do any sub-contracting. He has a crew and its his crew and he has 20 years of experience. The particular activity required was very expensive. I would absolutely use him again in the future if need be.

 + 0 moreEd showed up on time and did everything professionally. He set up a scaffold and completed the work in two days. He cleaned up any construction mess. He did a great job matching the color of the stucco on top to the lower part of the chimney.
Description of Work: old stucco was removed, new job was scored , meshed, undercoat and finish coat were applied to the top of the chimney. The lower section of the chimney is separated by a roof overhang and needed no work.

 + 0 moreHe was very accomodating in picking up a few extra areas that needed done due to some unforeseen complications from some other repair work and made recommendations on some other preventative maintenance. His pricing was competitive and the work was top notch. He did a great job of matching the new stucco to the existing stucco. I am already considering him to do some additional work on my front steps/patio. I would highly recommend him!

Description of Work: I asked Edward for a quote on repairing some plaster walls in my home. He responded promptly and came to my home at arranged time but he never got back to me with an estimate regarding the work. I'm assuming he is not interested in the job but it would have been nice if he would have let me know that while he was here.

 + 3 moreHe is defininitly punctual and on time. His workers worked around the clock. They cleaned up really well. They got here on time and put in long days and worked hard. I had several leaks and now I have no leaks.
Description of Work: Edward Griffin Masonry LLC repaired the stucco on the outside of our house. Half the house had to be ripped off and replaced. He also had to redo the windows because they were leaking.

 + -1 moreIt was difficult for them to get out here because of the rain. Gave me his estimate on 4/26 and the work was finished 6/6. He worked over the weekend to get the work finished when I needed him to. His prices weren't the lowest out of the estimates, but he was the most knowledgeable out of the people I had come out and was referred to me by the inspector who was letting me know what work I would need done. It was not subcontracted, he came out and did the work himself.
Description of Work: I had them repair some stucco wall. Tore out a part of the wall and replaced it and put in a kickout plate.
