Called about 4/23/2012 as of 5/5/2012 they never called back or sent anything in the mail, we both are in Broomall

We've used Mr. Cacciavallani's services for more than 1 year. His price is on the high side-especially for snow plowing. The property looks as good as possible but his people fairly consistently leave our fence gate open which creates an "issue" when we let our dog into the yard.

Mr. Cacciavallani came to view my property and we went over what I wanted done. Clean up, trim bushes, mulch etc., He send he would send an estimate and perhaps do the work in about 2 weeks. I never heard from him since.

He was a really nice man and he told me once that he would come out but he didn't. I called him and he advised he would call me back within an half an hour but he never did. I called him a total of three times but got no response. This of course made me later and later with trying to get someone out to do the work. If he would have let me know he was swamped and couldn't do the work that would be fine but instead, he had me waiting and waiting. I think the problem is that he's just too far away to come out to service my area though he advertises that he does service my area. I would not use him now.

After an initial hitch in communications, Mr. Cacciavallani showed up when promised and worked long and hard. We don't have an invoice for the work yet but his quotes were well within the range of what we'd paid previously. We look forward to working with him long into the future.

I have used this company for eight years and have been extremely happy with the quality work that they do. As a lawn service they do a great job of edging in particular around beds. Additionally he does a nice job with supplemental landscaping. Great prices!
