 + -1 moreBob was prompt in submitting an estimate and in returning telephone calls to answer questions. The work was done at a mutually agreeable time and was completed within a week. This included setting up scaffolding, rain days and drying time. Bob and his workmen were extremely careful of the property, covering bushes and the outside air conditioner and temporarily removing a shutter. Careful consideration was given to the appearance of the chimney and to retaining its character and form. At the end of the job caulking was done and cleanup was adequate.
Description of Work: The top of our white brick chimney had been deteriorating for several years. I was given to understand by a number of contractors that white brick is porous and no longer is made. Bob Antenucci of Bodar Construction patched the loose and missing brick; applied galvanized wire mesh; and applied 3 coats of stucco to the entire exterior of the chimney with the third and final coat color being selected by us.
