My central AC decided not to work during a heat wave. I knew that I would probably have to wait for an appointment no matter who I called. I called Chris and he was at my home within a half hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had my air conditioner up and running in no time. He was polite, courteous, and answered all my questions. Overall an excellent experience, and I would definitely call him again and will also recommend him to families and friends.
