It was awesome. We are getting ready to have him come back and do a bathroom for us. A lot of repeat service. His prices are good.
Description of Work: Last time he fixed a leak in a bathroom upstairs. He is a good guy. He has helped recommend other people. He is trustworthy. I like his prices and he has never mis-led us.

On May 15th, 2005, I called Mr. Milford to my home after the shower in the basement filled with raw sewage. Mr. Milford found that the sewer line in the garage had broken and was plugged. In addition, the line attached to the toilet had also broken and the area below the toilet had filled with raw sewage. On June 23, 2006, my son was to be married. We were having family members coming to stay with us and need the bathroom functional. In addition, we were preparing to go on vacation the very next week. Mr. Milford contacted an excavator and together, during the week of our vacation, repaired the broken pipes from the bathroom, through the garage and out to the street to ensure we would have no further sewage problems. All this work was done in one week for a very reasonable cost. He has been my plumber ever since he did all this work. He is very good and quick. He will likely be the person I call upon when my upstairs bathroom and kitchen need to be completely redone in the next few years.
Description of Work: Mr. Milford replaced the toilet and drain pipe to the main sewer line. He replaced the main sewer line from the bathroom, through the garage, and to the street. He replaced the concrete that had to be taken up in the bathroom and garage. He filled in the areas of the asphalt driveway that had to be removed to replace additional sewer lines that had collapsed. This included digging out the raw sewage and contaminated dirt from the four areas where the pipe was broken and having it properly discarded.
