Toilet repair and sink faucet replacement were great. However, I was told dishwasher had a broken circuit board and in light of the repair cost it would be more economical to replace it. I provided the money to the contractor with the understanding that he would coordinate with me later that day or the next morning as to when it would be installed. I was unable to reach him at the multiple text numbers he had initially contacted me by and there were no available email or phone numbers to contact him or his business. Concerned by this and the fact that the Venmo charges went into his personal account instead of his LLC, I did not wish to proceed with working with this contractor. He contacted me in the late afternoon by text, at which point I replied immediately with a polite request to refund my money and for him to return the dishwasher. I still have not received my money refunded.

Needed to replace garbage disposal. Saved $175 by nixing a plumber and using Lenny & Kenny. An efficient and enjoyable experience-- highly recommended!
