Lenny answered right away and was here first thing in the morning. He identified the problem, fixed it and even pointed out other issues that was unknown. Would recommend and would work with him again.

Lenny contacted me shortly after my post on Angi. He came out a few hours later to repair my old dryer. I was shown the interior that not only had lots of lint but also a frayed wire. Although this was an expensive fix, I was happy to get the work done without the hassle of finding a new dryer to fit the space and also doing touch up painting. Will hire him and his team again for other work.

Our icemaker leaked constantly into the freezer compartment and did not make ice. Lenny diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes, and I paid over $600 for the service call plus a new ice maker, new thermostat and new defroster regulator. Next visit he installed the parts. The ice maker continued to leak as before. Next visit he rediagnosed the problem as a faulty valve and ordered a new valve. Next visit he installed the new valve and quit. He said he was done trying to fix it, which meant he didn't really know what was causing the leak and didn't want to spend any more time on it. We were left with a very expensive "repair" on a 15-year-?old refrigerator.

Lenny and Kenny diagnosed the problem and got to work fixing my fridge. He told me the price up front and asked if I wanted to continue or replace it. I already knew the cost to replace so I opted to fix. It was pricy but the fridge still works. They gave good advice on maintenance. I wont overstuff my freezer anymore. Lesson learned.

Requested assistance with a contractor to perform an ice maker repair/replacement for a craft ice ball maker and look at my natural gas fireplace. Lenny responded asap that morning and made the repairs that day. He and I discussed that the fireplace motherboard replacement might not resolve the issue, and he refunded the cost of the replacement when the issues persisted (through no fault of his). The cost of the repairs was a bit expensive I suppose, but the speed of repair and customer service (Lenny followed up a few times after work was completed) were worth it. Would recommend.

They were very informative and helpful with getting my heater fixed! My only complaint is they could have been better about giving me notice before they would show up. Otherwise an excellent experience!

Overall experience was not great. He charged fairly high rates for a clothes washer repair (which happened to be just under the $600 IRS reporting limit) when a brand new washer would have cost just a bit more. The reason I went with him was because he said he would get the repair done in a couple of hours, but he started the repair on a Friday morning and did not complete the repair until Monday afternoon. He also asked for the entire payment upfront via Zelle. The bank payment did not immediately go through, so he asked me to pay again via credit card. WARNING TO NOT PAY VIA ZELLE since it is irreversible. After double paying upfront, which is also strange given that most take payment AFTER the job is done, he took a long time to refund my initial payment so that I was made whole. He also did a poor job at communicating, not letting me know the status of my refund or when he was expecting to complete the repair. I would not recommend this service.
