+ -1 moreCalled Joseph M. Vona & Sons, Inc. upon recommendation from our community manager, even though they were not listed in Angie's List. They responded within 2 hours of my call, diagnosed the problem as a failed gas valve. Valve had to be ordered. It was delivered and installed 2 days later. Installation went smoothly. Kevin, the technician doing the repairs was courteous and explained every step. He also cleaned the furnace and did a combustion test to ensure it was working properly after the gas valve installation. Furnace now works and we have heat. All in all, very satisfied with service and responsiveness of Joseph M. Vona & Sons, Inc.
