I was impressed with Bill Heim. He did a great job on an old door knob, but he persisted and accomplished the mission. You never know when your are going to need a new garage door know until the one you have locks you out. Bill was determined to get the old knob replaced and he succeeded. I highly recommend Bill Heim to handle all the door lock problems.

Ez lock gave me a time frame of 1pm and was actually early. He also gave me a text that he was 25 min to arrival. He showed up was polite and very knowledgeable. 10 min he had the keys made for the truck that I had lost. Prices are very reasonable. I will use ezlock for any future locksmith needs.

What a fabulous experience- he was prompt, knowledgeable, successful and cost effective. Bill handled our 1865 door locks with aplomb and fixed a locked door that had literally been closed for over 50 years. Wonderful!

The best locksmith we've had in 20 years living here! Very honest, professional, unusually reasonable. Entry deadbolt just needed to be sprayed, bottom lock was broken. He replaced parts. He could have charged for a new deadbolt and keys, but was so unusually honest and nice. He even told us what lubricant spray to use, and was able to be out same day. We used his services once before, and will again when needed.

Bill was awesome!!! I gave him a call in regards of needing a key made for my work box that I did not have a key too. I sent him information he needed to get a head start on this project and was supposed to meet the next morning but bill had spare time while I was away and made my key and was able to test and drop off. I then met bill today and was able to get two more keys cut and programmed to my truck. His services are amazing, fast and affordable. Will definitely be recommending him to everyone. My Key Fob to my car fell apart when I put the key in the ignition. The metal part was in the ignition but the plastic part fell and was broke on the floor. Ace hardware gave me Bill s number to help me out. I first called the Chevy Dealership and was told it would cost $340.00 and they could fix it next week. I then called Bill, he came out to my place right away. He followed us to my car, got it started and told me to take it home and he followed me home to make sure there were no problems. He started working on it right away and about 9 pm gave me a new key that worked great for $137.80. Besides being there until dark working he was also an old fashion gentleman! I recommend him highly!
