Description of Work: MasterPLAN did an awesome job of designing and building my new deck, roof and all of the landscaping around my home. The project included lighting and a watering system. I cannot say enough about Josh and his crew(s).

Description of Work: Did not select this provider. They contract the work to a low bidder contractor. Master Plan is basically a designer that lays out plans. I felt more comfortable and confident in using a contractor that both designed the planned layout AND employed their own crews to perform the work.

 + -1 moreMasterPlan Landscaping and Design also recently completed the backyard patio and hot tub area. What a dramatic difference. It was completed in less than two days and the crew meticulously clean up the area upon leaving. Again Joshua was able to develop 3D visual designs that were very flexible based on items, taste and budget. Neighbors were impressed with the integration of old and new. I recommend him/them to others.
Description of Work: Joshua G. of MasterPlan Landscaping was able to listen to our ideas and wishes, as well as, carefully consider our budget to develop a landscaping design for the front of our house that completely captured our thoughts. The difference from other landscaping firms is that Joshua has mastery of visually developing using 3D software that enables the client to see what the vision is and he can adapt it "on the fly" to quickly capture changes and new ideas. The work was completed in less than 3 days to our complete satisfaction just before Christmas 2011. Many of our neighbors had to stop and look at the dramatic change that took place with the new landscaping plan.Joshua used highest quality materials and plants and supervises the work, also enabled by the final visual to get exactly what you expected. Because of this initial work, we've initiated additional landscaping design with him for the backyard.

 + -1 moreJosh and his team were wonderful to work with during this project. They were prompt, courteous and clean. Our home was never left in any sort of disorder. From the beginning of the process, Josh listened to our likes & dislikes. He transformed them into a plan we could have NEVER thought of, transforming the front of our home into a living landscape. He has a true gift! Josh is fantastic to work with as a contractor. He is professional and attentive. You will never find another person more pleasurable to work with to enhance the beauty of your home. My wife and I can't give MasterPLAN a high enough rating for our satisfaction. We are so pleased, we are moving forward with the rest of our landscaping projects with Josh and his team.
Description of Work: Josh Gillow and his team created beautiful flower beds for the front of our home, and created a paver walkway from our driveway to our front door. The flower beds included eye-catching trees, evergreen bushes, and a variety of colorful flowers. I am always complimented by friends and neighbors on the beauty of our landscaping.

 + -1 moreJosh Gillow was great to work with. During his initial visit he reviewed the site and discussed what we had hoped to accomplish. Within a week he had a design in the format of a 3d video that gave us an opportunity to review his plans just as they would appear in our yard. Once we made a few minor changes, the work started immediately. His crews were professional and knowledgeable. Even the outside contractors he used were top quality. The end result was a garden oasis that we will enjoy for years and years to come! We have already hosted a few parties for family and friends and have received nothing but rave reviews from everyone! The bottom line is that working with Josh from MasterPlan in transforming our backyard turned out to be a very pleasant experience and our investment was well spent. Our yard is more than we had hoped it could ever be!.
Description of Work: Complete design & landscape of backyard. Components included a stamped patio, pergola, rock wall, waterfall, plantings from flowers to mature trees, electrical and plumbing work, low voltage lighting and edging and mulching of existing and new beds.
