Day of inspection, T.J. was so helpful, he went over my new house with a fine tooth comb. He answered all of my questions as well and made some suggestions. The tech arrived on time he made sure to tell me exactly what he was doing while he was doing it. Step by step he told me what was happening and stopped to answer questions I had. He made me feel comfortable and did not make me feel like I was low man on the totem pole if I didn't understand a certain term. He was extremely professional and relatable. I would recommend the company to anyone I know buying a home. The fact that they guarantee their work and if you're not satisfied they will pay for you to get an inspection with another company. I've not had that type of guarantee with anything I've purchased.

It went From the very initial call and Krista helping me out getting me all set. Th>s procedure was amazing.

It went wonderfully. From the very beginning, the inspectors were amazing. They greeted me and let me know that they had already opened the house and set things up so that they could get right to walking me through what they were doing. Along the way the pointed things out to me and educated me on what I needed to know. Not only did I get a full report the day of the inspection as well as a book filled with very very useful information, but I learned *why* they were pointing out findings along the way. I would recommend ComfortSpec to anyone and everyone.

Extremely well. I worked with Kayla and Krista to set up the appointment and they were extremely helpful and able to provide all of the answers to my questions. Jason conducted the inspection and he was right on time and set several expectations before he got started like time (2.5 hours), what he would all cover, and what is helpful for us (the future homeowners) to see. It was our first home inspection so it was really appreciated when he went above and beyond his job to explain in detail all of the things that he covered.

As a first time homeowner and not much of a handyman I needed someone to hold my hand and tell me whether or not a particular house I thought I might like to buy was actually worth it. ComfortSpec provided that hand holding. I discovered this company after an exhaustive internet search. I was very impressed with the design and layout of the website. I asked my realtor about them and he said they did such a good job he lost several commissions due to their reports. I could not think of no higher compliment so I visited their office on Route 209. I talked to Krista in the front office and she answered every nit picky question I had and my appointment was made. TJ arrived about 30 minutes early and proceeded to give me a guided tour of every nook and cranny of this house like I've never had for any house before. He went into excruciating detail on every little thing. He looked at everything I hoped he would look at plus a hundred more items I would have never thought about. It was quite an education for me. TJ answered every question I had except where could I get such a cool ladder that he was using to climb to the roof. I want one of those ladders. The final report was like a doctoral thesis on house buying. Just before the closing I talked to Kal at the Concierge Service and he set me up with assistance on turning all the utilities for the house (electric, phone, cable, internet, and garbage removal). The whole operation was a well oiled machine of which I would recommend to anyone.

The gentleman by the name of Mark did a excellent job overviewing the property. He explained everything to me and my partner as he went alone and answered all over questions. When he was done, we were told he will have all details on the report. The company had the report done the same day and emailed it to me in the evening as promised.

ROOF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.MAIN SUPPORT BEAM NEEDS TO BE RELACED.FIRST I WILL HIRE ARC. THIS WAS THE MOST PROBLEM AND COST AREAS .LEAKS IN PLUMBING COPPER THAT SHOULD BE REPLACED ON WATER LINES.MARK AND BRIAN WERE EASY TO TALK TO VERY INFORMATIVE DURING INSPECTION GREAT ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY.

Provider was excellent and our operator/administrator Krista May was excellent and very responsive.? I would recommend her as she did multiple things for me in a timely manner without any hassle at all.?? Thank you Krista for such a great experience!? Tj Roeheder was also excellent and provided invaluable knowledge on being a first home owner and precautions one should take when owning a home for the first time and things to look for during the inspection.?? When we first called for a quote, the reps were extremely helpful, provided details and information on the process. I spoke to both Krista and Kayla and they were both helpful in scheduling, explaining what specifically would be done and they were able to get me a quote immediately on the phone which was great! The inspector; TJ Roheder was great. He explained everything and kept us happy and comfortable through the whole process. He gave us recommendations and pointed out things he was looking at. I would def recommend to friends and if I buy another home I will call them!

I was educational and they provided information on various items in the home, as well outside to offset some major issues found, or in need or repair; or adjustments. Professional staff, and office staff was very helpful in answering questions.

This inspector crawled into a common crawl space (this is a townhouse inspection) on his hands and knees to see what was going on under my townhome. I have heard that some companies won't take the extra step to crawl in dark, dank and wet areas. He went up on the roof to inspect it and went through every aspect of the house for me. His detailed report was easy to read, he took great care in picture detail, and got the report to me that same night. I am very pleased with this company.
