Inspector was very thorough and explained things as he went along. Final report was received quickly with good explanations and pictures of findings.

It was the best experience I could ask for. Not only was Brian knowledgeable and informative but friendly and personable. He explained every step on the inspection and I was at ease that a thorough job was being done. 10 stars!

I spoke with Kayla on the phone who was very helpful in setting up my appointment. TJ arrived at the house on time, was very thorough and very helpful in answering all questions. He was extremely personable and definitely made us feel comfortable throughout the process. My only request would be for the cars to be equipped with longer ladders, so roofs can be assessed thoroughly as opposed to using binoculars from the ground. Overall, excellent service and would definitely use them again!

ConfortSpec was very responsive in scheduling and keeping us in contact for the scheduled inspection. Email and phone communication was prompt and accurate before and after inspection process. The inspector at the home, Marc Adames was very professional, informative and quick to answer the questions we had regarding the process of the inspection and issues found throughout the inspection.

Everything went very well. My inspector, Marc, was on time and explained everything he would be doing to me and answered my questions. The inspection was very thorough and Marc pointed several things out to me as he was performing the inspection. I received a very detailed report that evening that included not only issues that should be addressed right away, but also things I might want to take into consideration over the next few years.

everything went great. i ended up being in a time crunch and had to get these inspections done asap. i got ahold of kayla, and krista, and they were very accomadating and professional. even when i had to get a reinspection done,(through no fault of their own), they were still courteous, understanding and professional. as for the inspectors, i dealt with three great guys. marc, andrew, and tj on two seperate occasions. they were punctual ( which i was very impressed by since i live on a weird side road), expedient with the inspection, knowledgeable about any issues they saw, and straightup about any serious issues. i felt very comfortable with the way they explained any recommendations they had. all in all, a positive situation in a crazy process. anybody who has a mortgage will understand. i would hire them again 100%.

This was the best experience I could've ever asked for. This is my first home purchase and this is all brand new to me, I must have called Krysta a dozen times with questions and each time she was more then happy to help me and put my mind at ease. When she wasn't available, Kayla did the same. TJ did my home Inspection and he kept me in the loop on everything and checked things as if they were his own. Every single person through this process was wonderful and I can't thank them enough. If they did things besides home inspections, I would hire them in a heart beat.

Fantastic. The owner Jason and his assistant did a very thorough inspection, they walked us through the process and answered all questions that we had. The report was given to us very quickly. They also gave us a book with local business so we have a go-by in our new neighborhood.

Marc and Corbin from ComfortSpec were on time, professional, and courteous. They answered all our questions during the time of inspection. They got into tight spots to view any potential damage, pointed out things to look for and briefed us on basic upkeep of existing systems. Also, I dealt with Krista from Comfort Spec when initially setting up the appointment. She walked us through the tests we needed for the type of loan we were getting. They sent a text reminder of our appointment. They also followed up with us after our appointment as to when to expect the report which we received that evening and what happens next. Very professional organization!

The technician arrived a littel early, performed all the inspection and explained us his observations and suggestions. They sent us a professionally drafted report and helped us understand the different components. We were able to get several of the minor issues fixed by the seller. We will gladly use them again.
