Very well. Very thorough. Very corteous .answered any questions i had .an informed me of any concerns. Large or small.

First off, when I called I spoke with a lovely young lady, Krista. She was fantastic, she had answers to all my questions, she was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. The day of the inspection our inspector Corbin was awesome! He showed up early (which I am a big fan of) and he walked us through the property and while keeping us in the loop to whatever he saw good or bad. He knew his stuff and he was great to work with. He let us know what things were good, what things were good but just old and what things he thought would need or attention. He answered all of my silly questions and even did it with a smile. Working with this company was a blessing. Not only were they all very professional but they were also extremely nice. So much so that we told Corbin that he had to stop back once we had the house to hang out and have a drink. Couldn't possibly recommend them enough.

Dan was punctual and friendly. He instantly put us at ease while giving us a run down of what to expect. He answered any questions we had and was very thorough. Overall it was a very pleasant experience at a competitive price. I would absolutely use ComfortSpec again without a second thought.

It went really well! Brian was patient, thorough, and was easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and answered dozens of questions as he took inventory of the status of the home.

The inspector came on time, did inspection carefully, show me what he found. He is very methodical in His work, doing everything by rule. A detailed report was received before the end of the day.

It went better than I thought it would. It was along drive for me so I arrived 30 minutes early thinking I'd have to wait. They arrived early as well and the inspection began.

It went out smoothly. They had 2 staffs coming to perform the inspection, and they worked professionally even on the Friday afternoon before July 4 long weekend.

Our inspector, Dan was very knowledgeable. He scoured every inch of the house and thoroughly explained everything he found. We received a highly detailed report following. Great job!

Wonderfully!! The inspector Dan Laws helped so much and did a great job informing me on issues that needed attention. I locked my keys in the car and he drove me to the house so I could be there. When done, he drove me back to my car and offered to stay until AAA showed up. I thanked him and let him take off. They go above and beyond. Thank you so much!!

The inspection went great. Living in a city and never purchasing a rural home I really relied on the inspector's knowledge. TJ Rohleder preformed the inspection. He arrived early and walked me through every step making sure I understood what he was looking for. The report showed up hours after the inspection was finished. Kayla and Krista were also very friendly and helpful with setting up inspection and keeping in touch with me through out the process.

Right from the beginning ComfortSpec was top notch. From Krista who set my appointment and answered questions to TJ and partner who did my inspection everyone was helpful and courteous! The two men from Comfortspec did an excellent job. We were buying the house "as is", so I asked them to tell us the important stuff, but not be knit-picking. They did an excellent job! They pointed out all the things that needed to be fixed and even offered ways to correct them. They got there early and did a thorough inspection, communicating well what they were finding. I received the report within 12 hours after the inspection!

Brian was great! He addressed our concerns as well kept us informed of what he saw as he went along. The inspection report came quick and was very comprehensive and easy to understand!

TJ, the inspector, was on time, courteous, and professional. He knew what he was doing and offered easy to understand explanations of what he was evaluating. Setting up the appointment was easy also, as Kayla, was very friendly and made sure I knew the services they offered. She helped me choose the ones I wanted. Kayla also followed up with me so I would not forget the day and time of our appointment. Her diligence was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Comfort-Spec to family and friends.

I am a first time home buyer and was impressed with the inspector, Dan, who was on time, professional, personable, and very thorough. I was very pleased with the attention to detail that the inspection entailed from attic to basement and everything inbetween. I attended the inspection and asked a lot of questions which Dan answered in detail. He took the time to show me where cut off valves were for the utilities, for future reference. He also showed me areas, while not a current problem, would need watching to prevent any future problems. This is the 2nd time that I have used ComfortSpec and I would use them again if needed.

Great. TJ was thorough and gave us a lot of tips on how to keep up the maintenance of our home. Krista, the office manager went above an beyond when we needed the well treated and retested in time for settlement. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.

We met with Jason and Joe, Jason who was the owner of the company was amazing he walked us through everything and described everything with extensive knowledge and detail. I would definitely reccomend.

Corbin was the representative assigned to inspect, and he was punctual (arriving even before I got to the house), knowledgeable and extremely personable. He did a thorough inspection, pulling me aside at times to discuss a number of issues that arose, and was quick and ready to answer all of the questions I had. The written report I received was comprehensive and specifically outlines all the next steps I will need to take to upgrade my house to 2.0. I am VERY pleased with ComfortSpec, would recommend them and would certainly use them again in the future. Thanks.
