Rachel at the office was patient in explaining the process and took time to bring us through step by step. They were able to price match as well with a competitors quote when matched exact services. Corbin and Craig were excellent onsite explaining and reviewing the home. They spent extra time going through basic maintenenace of things we had never dealt with before like the septic system and the well water. Their recommendations and keen eye made us feel comfortable in buying the home and knowing what needed to be done to prep it. I would highly recommend Comfort Spec!!!

Extremely well. I would recommend using Comfort Spec before any other inspection company. I found them by a verbal recommendation from someone who has used them before and I am glad I did. Prior to the inspection I had had some items that were also pointed out and recommendations made. I conducted about 80% of the inspection with the Inspector. He was very knowledgeable, accurate and professional. Results were all electronic and timely. Remember you get what you pay for and in this case it was worth every penny!

This was my first ever home inspection, but I was thoroughly impressed with how easy it was to setup a date and time with ComfortSpec. Their website was easy to navigate and gave details what their capabilities also. A Krista from ComfortSpec was very responsive to emails and made sure to confirm the inspection date and that payment was received. On the day of the inspection, Dan was there about 15 minutes early, which I liked a lot. He was ready to go at 9 AM Sharp! He was very professional throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions to the best of his abilities. Dan also invited me to follow him throughout the entire inspection so that I could learn more about the house and things to look out for in the future. I plan on using ComfortSpec in the future for my home care needs.

He went above and beyond locating our HVAC unit which was located outside of our unit. Dan was very professional, walked us through the process and shared some personal history that he had been a home builder - all of which made us very confident in the service. He was very thorough and answered any questions we had, he was happy to have us tag along at some points and showed us some things which we were unfamiliar with being first-time home buyers and new to the area. We received our inspection report the same day, it was thorough, included lots of picture from the home as well as pictures and graphs, included standards, what was in the home and recommendations for bringing certain items current.

Dane was very helpful during our home inspection. As first time buyers we had many questions and he answered all of them. Our report showed up same day via email. We felt the job was done thoroughly and we received many recommendations for services in the area that can help with any repairs we will need in the future.
