No water, mid afternoon call, Aqua Pure Well Pumps came out and identified problem quickly, needed new water holding tank. New tank installed and had water at 6 P.M, Very professional and knowledgeable about their business. Would recommend highly.

NO WATER! I called on late Saturday afternoon (in a snow storm); they came the next morning as they said they would. Promise kept! They quickly identified the issue. The submersible well pump was clogged. They quickly pulled the old pump, replaced the pipe, wiring and installed a new pump. A new pump control was installed and they flushed the system. things are back to normal. Job well done! Don worked quickly, with precise knowledge and neatly. All debris was removed. A full explanation was provided. Most importantly, the job was done quickly, professionally and a desire to please the customer was apparent. I usually do not write reviews. Regarding Don from Aqua Pure, I must make an exception. I seldom come across a person as honorable, efficient and knowledgeable as Don. He is a gem. If you are in need of any of the services that he provides, rest assured you will be treated well, have the work done promptly and with superior professionalism. He will even offer advice on what is the best course of action and doesn't "up-sell". I fully endorse this man and company for your needs. Thank you Don & Adam; you convinced a grumpy old guy into believing that true tradesmen still exist!

We had to replace the water well tank, the pump and the electric in the well. They responded quickly to our call, was able to do the work right away and were very professional and explained the steps and timing of job to be completed. The tank was original to the house so there was a lot of plumbing changes and redirection of the pipe lines that had to be done. They made sure that whomever had to work on it would have better access. All was explained before the job was started and all materials were in their truck ready to start. I am glad that everything went how they said it would be and was completed as stated. It was a great experience.

It was great knowing this company , I am going to keep them in my list.

Very satisfied with the experience and results. They showed up when I asked them to show up, and charged me what we agreed on. They used high quality materials and didn't cut any corners to save time or money. And they cleaned up after themselves. I don't give 5 stars across the board unless it's deserved, and in this case - it certainly is!

They arrived the same morning I called and replaced the pump and tank within a couple of hours, even though it turned out to tougher than anticipated.
