My husband called about a critical issue. We had heard from several plumbers that a new ell was needed. Don at Aqua Pur listened to the presenting conditions and advised us to put in a new water pump and and pressure tank, which had reached its end. The crew came and did their job cleanly and efficiently and we had water again. It appears that our well had not collapsed and that the solution offered by Don was what we needed. We lost water pressure Sat afternoon. Aqua Pure returned my call and agreed to come on Sun afternoon. Don and assistant arrived promptly before 3, diagnosed multiple problems including a bad pressure tank and water pump, and was finisehed by 6 pm. I watched the entire process and was impressed with the skill and professionalism exhibited. Don was knoledgeable and informative, I would highly recommend this company.
