We had an emergency situation, and they were the first to call back late on a Friday night and arrived early the next morning. They were professional, courteous and very informative. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bob and Tom were professional, low key, and able to clearly explain the what and why of their proposed work. They arrived early and completed the job without incident. I will be glad to hire them again.

Don and Tommy came out and replaced my well pump on Memorial Day weekend. Great guys who do great work. Don't hesitate to hire them.

Would definitely use again. They were able to come the same day I called and fix everything needed even in the heavy rain we were having. They explained what needs to be done to maintain our new water pump and cleaned up after all their work was done.

Had a wonderful experience with Tom and Don when my well pump stopped working on a Friday evening. I received a prompt and thorough response to my inquiry through Home Advisor, and they provided a very quick turn around for the service call. They were at my house by 9am the next morning and the job was completed successfully within a couple of hours and at a reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Tom and his colleague I believe his name was Don. They did a great job diagnosing the issue. After replacing the pump and noticing the pressure was still low, it was determined the issue was outside. They dug up and replaced the pipe outside from the well to the house. Overall very satisfied with the job done. I would recommend this company in the future to others. Thank you Tom.

Don called me within 10 minutes of requesting help to replace my damaged well submersible pump; closely followed by Thomas. We were without water and they arrived the next day as agreed on time, a Sunday, with snow on the ground and rain falling, never complained and went about their business like true professionals. They were helpful, full of explanation and advice of what they were doing, removed the damaged pump, installed the new pump with important additions of new electrical wires and spacers (missing previously) and cleaned up and you would never know they had been to the site. Their rates are very competitive and they deserved it given the conditions and their togetherness and the warmth they exuded towards each other as they worked the site for near 3 hours. We were without water and they sprang to our aide and supported us. I would strongly recommend them to anyone else that has similar situations and with full professionalism they will not disappoint. They were thoroughly nice people, who cared and were, simply excellent. I doubt I will have a submersible pump anytime soon, or at least I hope not, but they would be first on my list to call given my experience of them. Contacted by Don within half hour of placing HomeAdvisor request on Thurs 11/3. We're weekenders, so arranged to come to house Sat 11/5 afternoon to check pressure tank (were experiencing increasingly uneven water pressure). Ended up replacing well pump, pressure tank & hot water heater since whole system original to house (also installed user friendly inline filter in crawl space). Tom & Don assured that all in working order before signing off job. As other reviewer commented, since we as second owners of house & first time replacing a well system, don't know how price compares; but very satisfied with AquaPure's work quality and professionalism. Also, they're nice guys!

Don was great. He called within 45 minutes. Was at my house within 2 hours and finished the job in 2 hours even finishing in the dark by the headlights on his truck. Price was very reasonable for what he did. New well pump installed and 2 week-long headache over. I highly recommend Aqua Pure.

i went on line at 8 pm looking for emergency well pump service through home adviser had no water at this point and found 3 aqua pure well pumps was the first to call me at 10:30 pm so set up appointment for 9 am next day by 5 pm i had new pump,lines and tank my system was 30 years out dated with no above ground well head all and all A++++ in my book THANK YOU highly recommend home adviser for any thing for your home

I can't say for sure regarding work quality or value, as I can't evaluate the well, other than it's now working fine. Since this is the first time I've had a pump replaced, I don't know how the price compares with others. But they did a lot of related little items along with the pump replacement to bring the well fully up to code, and that was all part of the same price, so it seemed pretty good. Customer service was excellent; they are friendly, helpful, answered questions, and indicated other things that might be of concern.

They did a very customized job for me. Installing a pump and hot water heater and did it well! They stayed late to finish the job in 1 day which I really appreciated. Nice guys.

In a search for a well pump quote this company was a welcome surprise. With the lowest price and shortest time to have the well pump we had Tom and Dave come out and complete the work. They we spot on with their time estimate, price and both Tom and Dave were professional. We have found a service provider for life.
