Aqua Pure Well Pumps, LLC

My submersible well pump, wire, switch, and valves were replaced and all was done at a fair price, processional, and clean. I hope I don't need this done again soon, but I'll certainly tell my friends to hire Aqua Pure if they need the same type of work done. You can hire Don with confidence.

Our well pump kicked off the morning after Thanksgiving, contacted Aqua Pure LLC, I got a call back within three minutes, an appointment was made for 10 am, they showed up with a truck and all materials needed to put the new pump in, by noon the pump was up and running. Very professional company, personable, answered all our questions. We highly recommend them.

Tank in the house went bad. Was searching for well service at 0430, Don called at 0517 said he would be here by 1300. He showed up at 1310, installed new tank and used all stainless fittings. He was done by 1530. Price was well within quoted price, he explained everything he was doing and why. Would definitely reccomend this business.

I put in a request for service on Thanksgiving morning. Don from Aqua Pure Well Pump Co responded within the hour and he suggested to check it out next morning, and since it wasn't an emergency he said he could be there next morning which was fine by me. He showed up next morning on time. He reviewed the problem, suggested a couple options. We came to an agreement and in one hour he had the problem fixed. He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. The work involved checking the water pump but only needed to replace the water tank/accumulator, 2 leaking valves, a back-flow valve and gauge and any piping that was required. He gave me a discount for my service in the Army. If you need any plumbing done, this is the guy.

Real pros, personable, knowledgeable, responsive, fast and neat. Only pay for what's needed. Job done right with high quality materials. I'll use them again if needed and highly recommend to others.

It was an emergency. There work some miracle and where able to come to do the work less than two hours after I had called . And complete the job around 2 hrs ( what other Company couldn't do ) This was amazing!

Highly professional, but if you can go with out water and shop it around, do so. They came out the same day 400ft well, changed out pump, electrical wire, expansion tank and relay $3700.00.

Don and Bill fixed our well pump in the cold and rain for approximately 4-5 hours. They seemed like friendly and knowledgeable gentlemen. I would hire them again. 400' well, 1 Hp motor, new tank, new wiring, etc.
