Air Dynamics installed a split heating A/C system in my 4 seasons room. They were knowledgeable, professional, punctual and friendly. The system works great, very pleased. Forget 5 stars, you get 10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My home warranty company (HMS) assigned Air Dynamics to us when we reported the leaking drain. It took Air Dynamics two tries to fix the leak. They required us to remove the shower tiles and floor at our own expense before repairing the drain. We did that and then they returned to "repair" the drain. I tested it later that evening and water leaked. So I called them and they agreed to return. They sent their next level technician. They cut out the leaking section of the new drain and replaced it with a new section. It no longer leaks. When they "repaired" the drain, they told us they also had to install a new vinyl membrane in the shower floor but that it was up to us to replace the cement and tiles ourselves. We had our handyman do the cement while we began shopping for tiles. When we realized that we would not be able to match the old tiles, we called in a contractor to look at what could be done. He gave us the bad news that they vinyl membrane had been installed incorrectly and that to correct it, the new cement would need to be removed and we would be starting from scratch. Since the expense for the project would now be thousands of dollars, I put in a claim with my homeowners insurance. I just learned that they will not cover the cost of re-doing what Air Dynamics did wrong. So it will cost me $1600 to un-do Air Dynamics' damage to my home. Air Dynamics people were also pretty abrupt and not friendly or apologetic. Needless to say I would NEVER ever recommend Air Dynamics to anyone. I am also very unhappy with my home warranty company, HMS, for "recommending" them. They obviously do not check Angies List before recommending a vendor.

They installed a whole air conditioning unit and in the spring when we go to turn it on our venter in the ceiling water would come down, every time they came they would charge us and fix it. And what was happening when they put it in the pvc wasn't pitched right so what would happen condensation build up, didn't drain, froze, broke the pvc pipe and would come down. So this went on for a few years, again this cost us I had to pay for work on this also. It was like $7000 somewhere around that. We finally after going through this for a couple of years and paying them money each time we had have them come out, I contacted Miss Hannaberry that we discussed in the beginning to come out and give us an evaluation. Well the guy sat down after he went through the thing and he said he got multiple problems and bla bla bla. They ended up having to rip the whole thing out, this was cheaper. They put a heat pump in our attic and a whole new air conditioning with a name brand train handler outside and it was less than what that other company I mean they were crooks.

First, they are not to be trusted. They extend work to more than what is required to fix the problem, therefore they over charge the customer. Secondly, not all technician are equally skilled and efficient. Third, exorbitant charging. Over charged by 5 times what Ace Hardware store charges for the same part.

The piping that Dave had originally installed wasn’t angled properly which caused it to freeze when the cold weather came because of the cracks that formed, which was the root of the problem with water leaking from the vents as well as the mold that formed. We had to everything redone by a different service provider.

They were prompted and professional. The work was done right.

They were always thorough. If we call them they are here and they are easy to talk to. Once we called the owners of the company on a Sunday night and the person returned our phone call. It doesn’t seem like they take advantage of people like some people. They fixed something on our furnace where we are sure if somebody else came out they would have said that we would have needed a new furnace but they didn’t do that. We would rate them highly on everything because we really do and we refer them to anybody who asks us here. We would definitely use them again in the future and wouldn’t call anybody else.
