+ -1 moreOUTSTANDING! Their team was professional in all respects, arrived on time, and performed meticulous work. One of the areas to be spray foamed was challenging, with difficult access. Don, their certified spray foam technician, regularly used a wire probe to ensure consistent coverage and just did a GREAT job. Tri-state's other guys also did a really terrific job installing the R-30 in the ceiling - walking around on 3' stilts with a casual ease. It was fun to watch and we took a few photos. Last but not least, their project manager, Marty was very pleasant, gave us a price that we couldn't pass up. I had shopped the project out to several companies, all well-regarded. Tri-state's pricing was better so they got the job and I couldn't imagine that anyone would have handled it so darn well. A team - all the way around.
Description of Work: This was part of a major renovation for our 1st floor: dining room, kitchen, bathroom and family room. 1st floor: - Install closed cell spray foam between roof joists and onto roof gables - Install spray foam between studs on exterior walls - Install R-30 fiberglass between ceiling joists for sound dampening 2nd floor: - Install closed cell spray foam between roof joists
