The move was a great experience. We couldn’t be happier with the value of moving with Riverfront. They showed up despite a tricky situation on their end, and actually finished the work faster than we anticipated. I would genuinely recommend this company to anyone looking to move in the area.

This is horrible, run for the hill, do not book this service, they moved my 2 bedroom apartment, one king size bed with one crib. And the second bed room. I broke down the crib myself. So, they all had to do was break down my bed take my couch and my table and then all my other boxes , we got to the house and I was moving to. and you can tell that they were very annoyed. I had them drop off my king size bed, and they manage to get the king size bed frame up to the stairs, the driver forgot his name, but he was very rude. he barely tried to get the mattress up the stairs. So they gave up didn't put my bed up the stairs, SO me and my elderly 70 years old father had some move the king size mattress up the stairs, me and my father got the mattress up the stairs in less than 10 minutes, and this was after i was yelled at by the driver. the driver had no sympathy, and all he wanted to do was argue, I called the owner and he wasn't any better. Please , please, please. do not use this compnay, find a better one, its not worth it, its way too expensive and they don't care about you or your furniture. This was a lesson learned I Will never use this company again, and I probably won't ever look at it list to find anything again.

The price I was quoted was the price I paid when it was all said and done. The communication was perfect, the movers were on time and highly professional and everything went down exactly how it was planned. Joel and Danny were my movers and those two guys were absolute legends in my book, they were friendly, professional, highly organized and I would recommend them to anyone looking to move.

Getting a quote was simple and easy. The crew showed up on time on moving day. Very efficient team. Spent time boxing couch cushions and wrapping bigger furniture in plastic. Moved everything wherever it needed to go and set it up. They made the whole experience quick and painless. Definitely recommend.

From the original phone call until the end RMS staff were professional and made our move very easy. The moving guys were excellent and took great care moving our furniture. They were on time and finished ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend them. The cost was below all other moving quotes we received.

They wrapped all of my furniture but there are lots of scratches on my bedroom dressers. They had forgotten to get the clothes from my closet, and they sent a new guy in by himself to put the wardrobe box together and the rest of the crew stayed outside and smoked cigarettes for at least 20 minutes. they left cigarette butts all over my driveway.

JR and his team have always been responsive and friendly. They have accommodated my three moves very quickly and efficiently. They are pros, and you wonâ t break the bank! Hire if you want an awesome experience with people who care, and know what they are doing. Thank you!

They will go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly

The owner of the company is very knowledgeable. The company was also very punctual and the movers were super friendly. The sad part is our furniture was not wrapped properly and was basically ruined. We had leather furniture that was just scrapped across the truck floor. If allowed I will post pics. We had lamp shades that were covered in dirt and broken. Large dings on the walls. Our mattresses were not wrapped or covered at all. They went into the truck pristine and came out dirty gross messes. Thank God at least they had our mattress covers on them but who does that?!? So gross. I reached out on numerous occasions and it seemed the owner was going to address the situation and then he just disappeared. I was very disappointed and would never have guessed he would run his business like this. Quite frankly, I was shocked. Unfortunately, from my first meeting with him I referred 2 other jobs to him. I feel terrible that I involved other people with this company:-( We paid over $2600 to move one mile. I felt OK paying more as long as I had the confidence in the company to do the right thing. I WAS SO WRONG. Look elsewhere. Consider yourself warned. I wish I could submit pics but they do t have an option for that:-(
