Was an ok job.

What more can a 5 star rating say? Overall experience very pleasant, Jay and the rest of the crew were very professional and easy to communicate with, for a last minute and I literally mean last minute like the day before closing last minute, everything went better than any one could ever ask for. I personally would recommend Riverfront moving and storage for the price and service to any one looking for a great experience.

Be sure to ask if you need a permit at either location. Ours was a city move, it got off to a very rocky start because there was nowhere to park the truck. The moving team was great after that got resolved. I think as the service provider it would be a good idea for RFM to inform customers that a permit may be required, just a simple heads up. Had we known we would have gotten a permit which would have prevented the parking issue.

The crew who handled our move was professional, courteous, hard working and a pleasure to deal with. The team leader was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions. We were extremely pleased and will use them in the future.

Very bad experience. They took my money without doing the move. I am reporting them to PA Secty of State where they have their LLC is registered. Apparently, they do not know how to handle a city move or a customer when there is a problem. When they got to my office address, the crew balked saying they needed a permit, loading dock, or parking spaces. Without these readily available, they abandoned the move.-- fearful of double parking apparently. They had some items from my home in the truck so I had to pay them to take those items to storage. They did not give me any of the signed paperwork at the end. When I called, asking for some help from the front office or to figure out how to get my move completed, they, at first, ghosted me,-- they did not answer, call me back, or email back. When I did get thru, JR, the salesperson, hung up on me after saying it was my fault because I should have known they had these requirements (which was not mentioned in any of our correspondence or conversations). I am not a mover, I do not know what movers need...He apparently did not want to admit his mistake so that is how he handles a problem with a customer after leaving them high and dry. Subsequent and more savvy movers have told me that they do not abandon a move due to a technical problem they can solve. The hanging up on me on top of not making it right was also extremely immature, imbecilic, and unprofessional.

I wish I could hire this guy for another move but the continued care retirement community has a list of approved movers for Covid. Everything about this company is great.

Riverfront offered an in-person estimate, they were totally straightforward and even came in UNDER the estimate!

Riverfront moving was a great hire. They sent me 3 movers for a relatively small move and they were professional and worked quickly. No sitting around milking hours. They don t charge a minimum like many other companies so you aren t saddled with a bill that may be bigger than your move may justify. I had issues getting a piece of furniture into my new home and they worked to find a solution to get it inside. And then helped me with an alternate solution when the same piece wouldn t fit down the stairs where I originally wanted to place it. They did this work after charging me, effectively stopping the clock on my move and preventing me from paying more for the additional work. It was this willingness to go above and beyond that will lead me to work with them again. I d highly recommend.

Crew arrived on time and started right in on the move. Loaded the truck with care. Moved to the new address and kept working until the truck was empty. All items arrived in great condition and was placed in the area needed. Crew was professional and worked very hard even with delivery to 3rd floor walk up. Great job!!

Beyond impressed with PRICE, QUALITY OF CARE and Team work and team attitude . Better estimate by $30+ hour ... we had 6 guys/2 trucks..... moved 5 bed to 3 bed house in 7.5 hours. We have moved 6 times 25 years.... HANDS DOWN BEST MOVE EVER

Very courteous, quick, and helpful. I appreciated the consultation prior to my move so that I would get a better estimate on the project. Very knowledgeable in what they do.

Damaged a TV during move, which, ok, accidents happen and the company is supposed to have insurance for it. After taking the cracked TV to **assessment for insurance**, they have ignored my calls and not gotten back to me.

Everyone was professional polite competent and they work very fast I would recommend this company without hesitation

This is the only company to come to my home and give me a quote vs a guess. They communicated in every step of the way. They answered all my questions in writing! The guys who came on moving day came on time and truly worked as a team, communicated with each other and just got the job done with no lingering. They keep me informed about what they were doing, what to expect and more. Before we left the old house they walked with me to assure everything was out that was to go, they even took heavy stuff out to the trash! They put all the stuff in the new place in the spots I asked them to. Super cool, kind, respectful and pleasant team to spend the day with. Most importantly my stuff got here in one piece with no issues. They even called to follow up a few days latter.
